6 Venue Rosehip Barn A special place made with love to gather, create & share. I am delighted to be coming home to my roots and holding the UK Walk your Talk Weekender in the heart of beloved Cornwall. The Walk your Talk Retreats are all about experiencing the magic of life - and Cornwall certainly offers this. So, when I was looking for somewhere special to run the retreat, as if by magic- Rosehip Barn appeared. Besides it s freshly renovated interior and beautiful setting, it s selling point for me is that it s a labour of love. RoseHip Barn has been in the same family since 1703 occupying the heart of of Trefranck Farm, before this it was believed to have been a stop over place for pilgrims on their route to St Clether Holy Well. Set amid peaceful countryside with views over Bodmin Moor RoseHip Barn is an inspiring place to relax and rejuvenate, and is well located for exploring the stunning coast and moorland Cornwall has to offer. Gemma Kempthorne who founded 'RoseHip Barn' as a venue teaches regular Yoga classes at the space and is always delighted to share the barn with others. She is particularly excited about the WYT weekender in June 2016 and looks forward to meeting everyone for fun, rejuvenation and the infamous Cornish cream tea! 7 Food We will finish the Walk your Talk celebrations with a traditional Cornish Cream Tea on the Sunday. All of the food is included in the price of the retreat and is a delicious array of homemade goodies. Example menu Breakfast fresh fruit, selection of cereals, muesli, pastries/croissants, toast, fruit juice and freshly brewed coffee, tea Lunch homemade soup and roll or quiche and salad with slice of cake or fruit for dessert. Dinner wholesome homemade evening meal with meat and vegetarian options, 2 courses main and dessert served with a glass of wine or juice.

9 Available Accommodation Accommodation for the Walk Your Talk Weekender at RoseHip Barn has been carefully selected by Gemma based on quality and proximity to the venue. Some of the accommodation is available on site other accommodation will be at a nearby guest house and hotel. This provides a wide price range and choice of accommodation to choose from. However rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis so to avoid disappointment please book your accommodation at the same time as you book your retreat. Please be aware that Cornwall is a popular wedding and holiday destination in the summer season and accommodation cannot be secured until a 50% deposit has been received. 11 Directions to Rosehip Barn A special place made with love to gather, create & share. From the A30 take the Kennards House junction on to the A395 signposted Camelford/Bude. Continue along this road for approximately 8 miles, ignore the first sign for St Clether (even if Sat Nav tells you to take it!) Continue on the A395 passing Moorview Garage and some windmills, when you see a parking lay-by on your right slow down and indicate left, take sharp left turn onto a country lane signposted St Clether. Drive down this road for 1 mile until you reach RoseHip Barn - a large stone barn with balconies. Parking is directly opposite. A Pilgrim s rest in the heart of the Cornish Countryside

Facilitators Vanessa Tucker Vanessa is a, teacher, healer, and creative facilitator. She is founder of The Walk your Talk Experience Program and Director and co- founder of Walk your Talk Retreats, which has become a launch-pad to loving your life and yourself. Vanessa has distilled practical principles from her experiences and combines ancient spiritual practices with cutting edge psychological techniques to enable us to dismantle the illusions of life and live fearlessly from our hearts. Vanessa s healing journey started from a point of crisis, which lead her to ask the question, What would I do if I had six months to live? Her answer asked her to embark on a journey of enlightenment, which became a spiritual pilgrimage to self-love and empowerment. Travel and India was a huge catalyst for this. She spent time with Indian Masters, Guru s and Sadhu s, became a Reiki Master and experienced great insight from extensive spiritual practice. Yet, it was the everyday reflection, adventure, courage, trust and acceptance in herself that brought enlightenment and awakening. Vanessa travels frequently throughout the UK and India facilitating workshops, courses and retreats and sharing her knowledge and experiences. 14 Mano Guillemot Facilitators Mano Guillemot Mano is co-founder of Walk Your Talk Retreats with Vanessa. Mano facilitates the practice of connecting with your own vital energy to let go, heal and transform based on his many years of experience and exploration of Taoist Healing arts (Qi Gong, Tai Chi Chuan) and crystal healing. Mano is also a fully trained Crystal Healer MICC. He realised the powerful influence of regularly connecting with Qi energy after recovering from a long chronic illness. He spends his life divided equally between India and the UK where he runs The Salcombe Crêperie in Devon. As well as teaching us to generate energy with Chi Gong techniques we are also hoping Mano with cook us some of his delicious French Crêpe s over the weekend!
