Loving God to Love Others Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 1 John 4:11 If God has moved in your heart, we would love to talk and pray with you after the service in the Prayer Room located in the back of the Worship Center. Sunday 8:15am Pre-Service Prayer Seeking the Father s Face meets in the Prayer Room (Back of the Worship Center) 9:00am During the Worship Service there is Prayer Time, for both men and women in the Conference Room (Main Office) Children s Ministry Nursery (0-walking) Room 203 Toddlers (walking to 2 year old) Room 204 Teaching Nursery (2 years to potty trained) Room :45am During the Worship Service there is Prayer Time, for both men and women in the Conference Room (Main Office) Children s Ministry Nursery (0-walking) Room 203 Toddlers (walking to Potty trained) Room years old to 6th Grade (sign in downstairs at the Resource Center). All children 4th grade and under must also be signed out of their classes when picked up. 4 ANNOUNCEMENTS FAMILY FORUM, TODAY Sunday, April 24 at 3:00pm in the Worship Center. There will be a time of prayer and come hear an update on current events and a recap of the YTD. If you plan to attend, please bring a dessert to share. Childcare provided. ATTENTION CHURCH FAMILY: As you know this church is known for it s many ministries and outreaches, but it wouldn t happen without the numerous volunteers that make them possible. Because of this, we the staff and elders would like to invite you to a luncheon in your honor. Please put Sunday, May 1, 2016 at 12:30 pm on your calendar for a special recognition of all who have given so unselfishly of their time and efforts. We will be meeting in the Worship Center. We will be serving dinner, so the cost will be $5.00 per person and no need to bring any white elephant gifts, as we have some special gifts planned. Bunco is Friday, May 13 at 6:00pm. CHILDREN'S MINISTRY is beginning a series of workshops called The Art of Worship on Saturday, May 21 from 10:00-12:00pm in Room 101. These workshops will teach the kids (and adults too) various ways to worship God through art. This first workshop will focus on Bible journaling, a fun and creative way to reflect on God's Word and express your response to Him. The workshop is intended for the whole family (not just kids) and for artistic and technical types alike. Bring your smart phone or tablet if you have one and dress the little ones for painting. Please sign-up online at or me at Kristine@wcf-ministries.com so I know how many to prepare for. LADIES, YOU ARE INVITED TO A FUN FILLED EVENING OF WOW, (Women of Worship) as we join with women from other churches to experience dynamic worship and a great speaker. Our theme is Seek and Ye Shall Find. The date is Saturday, May 21 here at WCF from 7:00-9:00pm in the Worship Center. Please sign up at the Welcome Center or online. ONGOING OPPORTUNITIES SUNDAY MORNING PRAYER TIME ~ You are welcome to come to the Sunday morning prayer time at 9:00am and 10:45am in the Conference Room in the Church Office to lift up the Services. If you would like more information contact Gertie Byers at MISSIONS COMMITTEE meeting has been cancelled for Tuesday, April 24. The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 24 at 6:30pm in Room 206. New members are always welcome. DO YOU LIKE TO COOK? ~ We need people to provide meals, either frozen or freshly cooked to those who are returning from a hospital stay, delivery of new baby, surgery, illness or death in the family. If you would like to be a part of this ministry team, please contact Sonja at MINISTRY NEED ~ Are you able to occasionally drive someone to a medical appointment? We are looking for people to add to a list of drivers to help the Church family as the need arises. Please call Mary Larson at DOES YOUR HEART ACHE FOR PEOPLE IN CRISIS? CCCS 12TH ANNUAL AUCTION is Saturday May 7! We are excited to celebrate our country with our 'All American Auction' theme. 4:00-9:00pm.
