CHURCH DECORATIONS REQUEST Please don t take our poinsettias. We ask that all poinsettias, wreaths and arrangements remain in the Church and surrounding areas. CHURCH UNDECORATING The Knights of Columbus invite parishioners to assist them in removing decorations from the Church on Sunday, January 6 immediately following the 10:15 a.m.. ROSARY SCHEDULE The Tuesday evening Rosary Group will begin again this Tuesday, January 8 at 6:30 p.m. NEWLY BAPTIZED Congratulations to Genevieve Grace Hood, daughter of Neil and Emily Hood who was baptized on Saturday December 29. MARCH FOR LIFE INFO The March For Life will take place on Friday, January 18, This year Huntingdon will not have a bus, but there is a bus leaving from Hollidaysburg. You may contact Tom Foor ( ) regarding information on the Hollidaysburg bus. The MHT Cookie Sale has made it possible to help with the cost of the bus trip. You may contact Mike Kissell regarding this help. Mike will also be leading a car caravan to the March for Life. If interested please contact him ( ) for more information. Give some time to save a LIFE. LENTEN FISH DINNER MEETING The Lenten Fish Dinner Committee will be meeting on Monday, January 14 at 6:30 p.m. in Trinity Hall. The food item for the Huntingdon Area Food Bank for the month of January is spaghetti sauce and noodles. Families and the Gospel Mt 2:1-12 After meeting Jesus, the Magi returned home by another way. What in your family needs to be done another way? Do you need another way to resolve differences? To communicate or show affection? This is a new year. It is time to change what isn t working. Take a tip from some wise men, there s always another way. PRAYER AT ALTOONA CATHEDRAL On Thursday, January 17 at 7:00 p.m. in the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament, Altoona, there will be a prayer service for the anniversary of the Supreme Court decision of Roe v Wade (1973). All are welcome to participate in this prayer. All who have a respect for life from conception to natural death are welcome to join our brothers and sisters at the Altoona Cathedral.
