(a) Mr. Rchards stated that there had been dssatsfacton wth the way the course n Publc School Musc had been gven and that at least $4500 would have to be expended n the salary of a competent man to handle ths course. Mr. Rchards stated that he beleved he could secure Professor Zanzg of Harvard Unversty for ths poston f the Board would grant permsson for hm to enter nto negotatons. Professor Zanzg. s now on a two year's leave of absence from Harvard, dong research work n a study of the latest developments of Publc School Musc throughout the states. He would not be avalable for a poston at ths nsttuton untl a year from ths September.
