2 Sunday School Corner Happy summer!! Sunday school will not meet during the summer months. Enjoy time with your families and relax! The Nursery and the Art Room on the lower level of the Parish Hall will be open every Sunday for wiggly children and their parents to use at any point during the worship service. Donations of snacks, cookies, bottled water, ground beef, eggs, milk, shredded cheese, fruit are always appreciated.

We prepare our menu from donations-inspirations- and skills of our church committee. Summer donations from abundant gardens during this time are very welcomed.

If you have questions and can help, please call Paulie Lally at 860-663-2315. Donations of clean bedding, curtains, towels, etc are very much needed.

English language learning and childcare positions are available.

3 Midnight Run to New Haven: Monday, July 16 and August 20, 2018 Join the group that gathers in our kitchen in the late afternoon to make sandwiches and pack sack meals to take down to the Green in New Haven. A driver is also needed on occasion to deliver items to North Branford Congregational Church. Eddy House Dinner: July 31 and August 28, 2018 Once again, our church will be taking a meal to the Eddy House on Tuesdays, July31 and August 28. We prepare our menu from donations-inspirations- and skills of our church committee. Summer donations from abundant gardens during this time are very welcomed. If you can help prepare the meal, come to our kitchen at 2 pm. Drivers are also needed to bring the meal to Middletown. This mission opportunity is open to everyone. Missions: The Middlesex Refugee Resettlement Coalition is seeking volunteers to work with a resettled Syrian woman living in Middletown. English language learning and childcare positions are available. Reading Literacy workers will train and work with volunteers and babysitters must be experienced older teens or adults willing to undergo a background check. Please contact Rev. Doug Clark at for volunteer information. Worship Outdoors on July 15 and August 19 Weather permitting, we will hold two of our worship services this summer in our beautiful outdoor chapel. There is not a more lovely place to feel the presence of God than in our beautiful chapel in the woods. If the weather is bad or uncertain, we will move indoors. Help Wanted, Lawn Mowing Attention High School Students: Complete your Community Service Hours obligation this Summer. Anyone else? The sign-up sheet is posted on the bulletin board. Thank you, Charlie Smith, (860) Summer Worship Begins JULY 1 at 9 a.m. For the months of July and August we will again be worshipping at an earlier time in order to avoid the heat and allow folks to enjoy their summer schedules. Worship will be informal and shorter in length. The perfect way to start your summer Sundays!
