2 S A L E N O T E S 1. Sale will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 9:00 AM. Sale location will be Pipestone Fairgrounds in Pipestone, Minnesota. 2. Terms of sale: CASH sales are to be settled before moving animals from the facility. If purchasing sheep for other individuals, you MUST HAVE ALL INFORMATION FOR THAT INDIVIDUAL at the time of buyer registration as well as payment in hand at the time of sale and before removing animals from the facility. Phone & mail bids will be accepted with approval 14 days prior to sale day. All purchases must be settled with clerks immediately and before sheep are removed from premises. The auctioneer s decision is final on any disputed bids. All sheep purchased on order must be paid within FIVE (5) days of the sale. A 10% handling fee will be added to any mail bids not paid within five days of the sale. In addition, a 20% surcharge will be assessed to any non-sufficient funds check issued. Buyer shall be responsible for any and all costs of collection, including any associated banking fees, attorney s fees, mail fees, etc. 3. If buyer needs registration papers immediately, they will be responsible for all transfer and postage fees associated with the transfer of the animals, and those fees must be paid immediately. 4. Each consignor as well as each buyer will be responsible for shipping arrangements of sheep purchased on order. 5. Neither sale management, sale sponsors nor consignors to the sale assume any risk or liability in case of accidents of any kind or losses to any person or persons in attendance during the duration of the National Show & Sale week. 6. Please refer to the state of destination health requirements as well as any other health requirements for states traveling through either to or from the sale. Please have your veterinarian refer to the latest State of Minnesota Animal Health Rules and Regulations. That is the responsibility of both the consignor as well as the buyer. In addition, please adhere to all health regulations as stated on the ARSBA website concerning health requirements for the State of Minnesota. 7. In age divisions that have entries, the top 60% of placing animals will sell in the order they place in. The remainder will sell as random draw. In divisions with 22 or more head, classes will be split by odd and even lot numbers, with 5-6 animals selected out of each group which will be brought back to be placed. The remainder of animals will sell as random draw. 8. F AFTER THE LOT NUMBER INDICATES FUTURITY NOMINATED! THE AMERICAN RAMBOUILLET SHEEP BREEDERS ASSOCIATION IS NOT THE ACTING AGENT BETWEEN THE SELLER AND THE BUYER. ANY DISPUTES ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SELLER AND THE BUYER.

This young lamb won t be the biggest upon maturity but he is thick topped, level hipped and as smooth made as they come. He is sired by Marshall 4-85 that was Champion in the Open and Junior Show at Ohio State Fair last year. His twin sister is in the show flock this year. So God made a stockshow kid He needed someone also that would get up before school, feed, exercise, and groom his show animals and then do it all over again after school in the heat, the cold the driving rain and blowing snow. So God made a stockshow kid God said I need someone who will set an example for other young people. Someone who d be on the honor roll, play sports, play music, be involved in their church. So God made a stockshow kid God said, I need someone who will set a standard, who will teach a lesson about being a humble winner and a gracious loser. 18 P a g e 18 Boyer Rambouillet 2016 Farewell Tour Back in the mid-fifties, my grandfather gave me my first Rambouillet ewe lamb. In 1965 I traveled to Utah State University and the University of Wyoming to purchase my first registered Rambouillets. In 1980 I attended my first National Show and Sale and have not missed one since then until last year. There is something special about sheep and I love Rambouillet sheep but more important I cherish the many friends we have made over the years and the wonderful memories. We express our gratitude to all those we have had the privilege of working with over the years. Our children have wonderful memories of traveling to and showing at the Nationals. Michelle led the way, followed by Shane, Jeremy, Rhiannon, Austin and now Maren who will show at her last National in Pipestone this July.
