5 Our Annual Labor Day Picnic will be held on Mon., Sept. 4 th from 11a-4p. Please begin to donate funds to assist with the purchase of the various meats. Also, contact your Zone/Cell Leader to find out what side dishes to bring. Each Zone will be assigned a different dish. Thank you!

6 The Prison Ministry will have their monthly meeting on Thur., Sept, 7 th at 6p. Please join us!

7 At Work The 2018 Ladies Lectureship third payment is due no later than Sun., Aug. 27 th. Please stop by the L.A.W. table in the Fellowship Hall.

8 The New Man Ministry Young Men Mentoring will meet on Sat., Sept. 2 nd, at 9am. Please bring your young men out for fun, fellowship, mentorship and life skills training.

9 All STARS are invited to play BINGO on Wed., Sept. 20 th, at 11:30am in our church library.

10 The STARS are planning a JTA Bus ride to Jax Beach for lunch on Wed., Sept. 13 th at 11:30a. BYOM (bring your own money). See Florence Patterson for more information. Don t forget your STAR card if you have one.

11 The next Singles fellowship is scheduled for Fri., Sept. 1 st. Please listen for more details.

12 The Bowling League will begin on Sept. 7 th. It s time to start forming your teams! Come out and enjoy fun competition and fellowship.

13 Thank you so much for supporting us by donating clothes and shoes for our clothes pantry! However, our storage room is at capacity, please do not donate anymore until we notify you. Please continue to donate perishable food items to our food pantry such as: canned items such as meats and veggies, bagged items such as rice and noodles, boxed items such as cornbread and cereal, jarred items such as peanut butter/jelly and sauces.
