Pastor Dave s Sunday morning messages will take us from Genesis through Revelation while the children and youth learn The Story with age-appropriate Sunday School lessons. Adult small groups will meet every other week for the DVDbased curriculum. God goes to great lengths to rescue lost and hurting people. That is what The Story is all about---the story of the Bible, God s great love affair with humanity. Condensed into 31 accessible chapters, The Story sweeps you into the unfolding progression of Bible characters and events from Genesis to Revelation. Mr. Walid Shoebat was a radicalized Muslim, a member of the PLO, and was involved in terrorist activity. He was willing to die for the cause of Jihad until he converted to Christianity in He is a well- known, sought after speaker and author whose goal is to warn the American people and educate them about the very great dangers of radical Islam. He also brings end-times prophecy teaching from a Middle Eastern perspective. Walid has appeared on many TV programs including, Glenn Beck, Sid Roth, CNN and Fox News. He has also authored a number of books. Two of his best known are God s War on Terror and Why I left Jihad. He will be speaking at Berean on Sunday, May 6, at 6:00 p.m. in the sanctuary. There is no charge to attend, a retiring offering will be taken.

3 Bread of Life Food Pantry Berean volunteers deliver enough food to help feed a family of four for a week to 70 needy families in the Mansfield area each month. Since we started this ministry, we have seen lives changed by the power of the gospel and several families have started attending our church regularly. We would appreciate a donation of any of these items: Peanut Butter Jelly Cereal Macaroni and Cheese Canned Vegetables (green beans, corn, beans, etc.) Canned Fruit (peaches, pears, fruit cocktail, etc.) Applesauce Cans of Tuna/Chicken Hamburger/Tuna Helper Manwich Cans of Ravioli, Spaghettios Spaghetti Noodles/Sauce Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent Cans of Soup Instant Mashed Potatoes Please make sure items donated have not expired. Bring your donated food to the lobby on Sunday morning (April 29 th ) or the church office. Your donations are greatly appreciated.
