Learn how to have these often difficult conversations, with tips that cover a range of topics from generational communication differences to using humor and stories to convey concern. She is the lead trainer for all CJE SeniorLife staff on the Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP). SHERYL RUBEL, M.S.W., L.S.W. Sheryl is an advocate for seniors, providing service to older adults and their families. Her counseling assists with sustaining independence and empowered decision making. She is a Resource Specialist at CJE SeniorLife. ERIN MARCUS Erin is the author of the book Talking about the End is Only the Beginning. Conversations Every Child Must Have With Their Aging Parents. She has spent more than 15 years working with families as they navigate the different aspects and unique challenges faced by aging loved ones. Her business, Caring Transitions, assists families with senior relocation and estate liquidation.
