1 הפקולטה למדעי החברה ע"ש גרשון גורדון החוג למדיניות ציבורית מודלים של מנהיגות Aspects of Leadership סמסטר ב', יום ה' 9:00-12:00 נפתלי 314 ד"ר נמרוד רוזלר דואר-אלקטרוני: שעות קבלה: יום ה', על-פי תיאום מראש תיאור הקורס: "מנהיגות היא אחת התופעות הנצפות ביותר והכי פחות מובנות על פני האדמה" טען ג'ורג' מקגרגור ברנס, מבכירי חוקרי המנהיגות. עם זאת, הספרות והמחקר הפסיכולוגי מספקים אלפי ממצאים ותובנות שעשויים לסייע בקביעת עקרונות היסוד למנהיגות אפקטיבית, ערכית ומשפיעה. במהלך הקורס נבחן את תופעת המנהיגות, נעמוד על מקורות כוחו של המנהיג/ה, על הקשר בינו/ה לבין מונהגיו/ה ועל תהליכים המאפשרים למנהיגים להשפיע (לדוגמה: הנעה ושכנוע). באמצעות הספרות התיאורטית ההולכת ומתפתחת בתחום, לצד מקרי מבחן של מנהיגים ננתח את התופעה על-מנת לנסות ולפצח את רזיה. דרישות הקורס נוכחות והשתתפות פעילה בשיעורים (10%). 1. קריאת פריטי החובה לפני כל שיעור. 2. סיכום בכתב והצגת מאמר בכיתה (15%). 3. מצגת בכיתה על מנהיג/ה (20%). 4. עבודה מסכמת (55%). 5. נוכחות והשתתפות פעילה בשיעורים (10% מהציון הסופי): הסטודנטים נדרשים להגיע לכל השיעורים במהלך הסמסטר, ולהשתתף בדיונים שיתקיימו בשיעור על-סמך קריאת פריטי החובה אשר נמצאים באתר הקורס. 1

2 סיכום בכתב והצגת מאמר בכיתה ( 15% מהציון הסופי): כל סטודנט/ית יגישו סיכום בכתב של מאמר אותו יבחרו מהרשימה, ויציגו אותו בכיתה. יש לבחור את המאמר עד לשיעור השני (3/3/16) מתוך הרשימה המופיעה באתר הקורס. יש לסכם את המאמר בצורה תמציתית וברורה, ולשלוח אלי את הסיכום בקובץ Word ביום שלפני הצגתו בכיתה (30% מהציון על המטלה). בעת הצגת המאמר בכיתה, באורך של דקות, יש להתייחס לנקודות הבאות: 1. הציגו באופן תמציתי את הנקודות העיקריות שמופיעות במאמר, תוך שימת דגש על הטיעונים המרכזיים, התוצאות והמסקנות המובאים בו. (30% מהציון על המטלה) 2. התייחסו למסקנות, יישומים אפשריים למקרים נוספים וביקורת שלכם בהתבסס על המאמר. הציעו שאלות ונקודות למחשבה, שישמשו כבסיס לדיון בכיתה. (30% מהציון על המטלה) 3. הציגו בצורה מעניינת ומעוררת מחשבה. שילחו אלי את המצגת באותו יום. (10% מהציון על המטלה) מצגת בכיתה על מנהיג/ה (20% מהציון הסופי): במסגרת המצגת, באורך של כ- 20 דקות, תתבקשו להציג ניתוח של המנהיג/ה שבחרתם, על-סמך התיאוריות בהן נדון במהלך הקורס. המצגת צריכה להתבסס על חומרים אקדמיים. ניתן ורצוי לשלב בה קטעי וידאו, עיתונות, סקרים, יצירות אומנות וכד' כדי להמחיש את טיעוניכם. המצגות יתקיימו בשיעורים בתאריכים 26/5/16 ו- 2/6/16. עבודה מסכמת (55% מהציון הסופי): העבודה המסכמת על המנהיג/ה, בהיקף של 8-10 עמודים, תתבסס על המצגת בכיתה תוך הרחבתה ופיתוחה, ותהווה סיכום של ניתוח מנהיגותו/ה. העבודה תוגש למזכירות החוג וגם לאתר הקורס עד לתאריך הנחיות כלליות 1. מועדי ההגשה של המטלות הינם סופיים ולא ניתנים לשינוי בלי אישור מראש. 2. הציונים על המטלות ינתנו לפי תוכנן. הערכת המטלות תיעשה על-פי שלוש שאלות מרכזיות: א. עד כמה המטלה הוכנה בהתאם להוראות? ב. האם המטלה מאורגנת וכתובה בצורה ברורה ותמציתית, עם טיעונים הנתמכים בהסברים? ג. האם ישנם תימוכין רבים לטיעונים מחומרים אקדמיים רלוונטיים? ניתן לנסח מחדש רעיונות המובאים ממקורות אקדמיים, או לצטט אותם ישירות (רצוי להמעיט בציטוטים). עם זאת, יש לוודא שמביאים דברים בשם אומרם, וללוות זאת ברפרנס לפי כללי הציטוט האקדמיים הן בגוף המטלה והן ברשימה בסופה לפי כללי ה- APA (ראו לדוגמא:.( העתקה ופלגיאט (גניבה ספרותית) יטופלו במלוא החומרה לפי התקנון האוניברסיטאי נא להימנע מכך. 3. על-מנת להבטיח שזמן השיעור יוקדש ללמידה, יש לכבות טלפונים סלולריים בזמן השיעור ואין לענות לטלפונים מלבד מקרי חירום. כמו-כן, אתן/ם מתבקשות/ים לא לגלוש באינטרנט 2
