1 The list below outlines PSEG s work plans of Nov 6, :00 AM. It is still our expectation to have virtually all of our customers back in service by Friday and the majority of our customers before that date. However, as we get to the end of restoration, there are often individual lines that may take longer. The list represents the best information currently available. Automated systems will most likely provide the November 9 restoration date. Our customer service representatives have a copy of this plan; they do not have additional detail. Currently, we have restored 1.4 million customers, or about 84 percent of those interrupted. Our work plan is prioritized by where we can restore the maximum number of customers in the shortest possible time, the critical nature of some operations e.g. schools and polling places, and is affected by a number of technical considerations including the ability to access roads and equipment. We have completed restoration of all but one of the substations that sustained damage and restored 94,000 customers in the last 24 hours. We currently have 281,000 customers still without power, this does not reflect work still being performed in the field at this time. We will be updating this work plan daily. As work is completed in one area, crews will be reassigned to work in other parts of our service territory. Of course, the work plan will be changed based on emergent conditions and the need to reprioritize repairs. If you need to report a gas leak, downed wire or other hazardous condition, that you have no heat, or to report a new no power order, please call (800) For non-emergency requests please use MyAccount at pseg.com or contact us on a future date.
