From working on everyday tasks, to Friendship Club, Tablets and Technology, and more, I have really been kept busy with new things everyday. During my time here, I enjoyed meeting and interacting with our clients and have enjoyed the time spent working with such great people. I have learned so much and it will all help me in my future career as a social worker. Thank you to Jewish Family Service for giving me this opportunity. All the best, Emily
4 Please join us for a Farewell Luncheon in honor of Sven Iding ARSP Volunteer Wednesday, August 15, 11:30 am Mayerson JCC Please RSVP to Sven or Ludmila by August 9 to attend Dietary Laws Observed Goodbye from Sven Iding I still remember clearly my first day in Cincinnati, my first day at JFS, my first contact with the Jewish Culture and, for sure, my first meetings with all of you. Now, almost 12 month later, I cannot believe how fast this year went and how much I learned from you. You gave me advice for my life, you always told me to think positive, you taught me about the Holocaust, and how important it is not to forget the Shoah. I was very touched from all your emotional and incredible stories and I am very thankful for sharing those with me. I will tell them to my friends and family in Germany. It is not easy for me to say Goodbye, because it was always a pleasure for me to visit and talk to you. But I will keep all the good memories of you in my mind and I will never forget you. You are all such great people. I wish you all the best! Sven
