3 Alhamdulillah the supporter of the believers, and answerer of the Dua of the oppressed, and crusher of the haughty tyrants, and the avenger with His justice from the oppressors, who said in His impermeable revelation: (Fight them, Allah will punish them by your hands and bring them to disgrace, and assist you against them and heal the hearts of a believing people -14- And remove the rage of their hearts; and Allah turns (mercifully) to whom He pleases, and Allah is Knowing, Wise -15-) Surah At-Taubah. And peace and blessing be upon the master of the messengers and seal of the prophets who said is the authentic Sunnah: I have been given five things which were not given to any amongst the Prophets before me. These are: Allah made me victorious by awe (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month's journey. The earth has been made for me (and for my followers) a place for praying and a thing to perform Tayammum. Therefore my followers can pray wherever the time of a prayer is due. The booty has been made Halal (lawful) for me (and was not made so for anyone else). Every Prophet used to be sent to his nation exclusively but I have been sent to all mankind. I have been given the right of intercession (on the Day of Resurrection.). Blessings of Allah be upon him and all his family and companions. Then: I ask Allah Almighty to accept the dead of the Syrian revolution among the martyrs, and raise their status in His Jannah, and that He compensate their people with good, and give them patience. O Allah we believe in your promise that the good end is for the righteous, so O Allah give us victory over your enemy who fought your religion and killed your slaves and committed crime and assaults in your Realm, Amin. Then these are stances with the developments of the revolutions and jihad in Syria, and where do its enemies what it to reach, and what we advice our brothers for the coming days. It has became apparent to the people the features of the great conspiracies that are woven in the centers of decision and political meetings between some states, led by America and Russia, and participation from Iran and Europe and some regional countries, and try to implement it on the ground 3

4 with Syrian arms that are still fragile Alhamdulillah to infanticide the revolutions or directing it to what is not in the interest of its people, and that its result after all these sacrifices that were offered by the Syrian people, their revolutionaries and mujahidin and who support them, be a spurious change, and a joint hegemony between these conspiring states, like the revolution happened and the blood was shed and souls were sacrificed only to redistribute the hegemony of the international powers on the country! And it isn t hidden to the follows the events, that the striving of the Syrian regime and its desperate attempts to ensure the regions of the Syrian Coast, Homs, Al-Qusayr and Dara a, and secure Damascus the capital. That strip extending from the Coast to Dara a represents an integrated project for the Nusayri statelet, to please the Jews and the West and the East, for that statelet to be a natural protector for the state of the Jews, and that will lead to the trapping of the majority of the Syrian people in the regions of the center, north and east, then tightening on them and strangling them to force the dictations of the West on them, so that they be forced to retreat and accept the reality, and accept the partition of Syria, as they are doing in Iraq. And that which is what is wanted to be implemented, Iran and its spear in Al- Sham Hezbollah pledged to implement it and secure these regions with a Russian and Western support and a Jewish cover. Ahli Sunnah today in Syria aren t fighting Hezbollah alone but rather they are engaged in a global war led by America, Russia and Europe, with direct support from Iran, some of their goals vary and their interests conflict, but they agree that Ahli Sunnah should remain oppressed in Bilad Al-Sham and that there be an obstacle between them and their religion and between pride, dignity and decent living, and they agree that the statelet of the Jews should be protected, and that the new Syria be weak and dependent that doesn t have power except to the extent necessary to play its role in protecting the interests of these haughty Taguti states. And the spearhead in this war is Hezbollah which completely affiliated to Iran, and its loyalty to it exceeds its loyalty to its sect in Lebanon, and evidence for that it keeping the interests of Iran before their interests. 4

5 That project is very similar to the Ghazwah of Ahzab, and it needs the wits of those who dug the trench and their certainty, to see one of them putting on the two bracelets of the Khosrau of our time and ascend the thrones of its Caesars, to free themselves from the tyranny of the current regime and thwart the work of states behind it, since war is steadfast and certainty, and war is trick and cunning, and the military action has to be conscious and of drawn goals to give the victory with the aid of Allah Almighty. The first thing that we advice our brothers the revolutionaries and mujahidin, to disregard to the disputes, and that they be one hand even if their groups and judgments varied, since our enemies by their coordination and their disregard to their disputes to achieve the joint goals, people think they are united, but their hearts are divided. We are more worthy of unity, since our Lord in one, and our religion is one, and our Sharia is one, and our goal from this revolution is one, so hold fast by the covenant of Allah all together and be not disunited, and know that Allah loves those who fight in His way in ranks as if they were a firm and compact wall. And know that your power is by holding fast by the firm covenant of Allah since this is the true belonging to it, and by gathering on what unites you is from your glorifying of Him, and your coordination for your war is your power in it, and do not leave for the enemy adherents that he comes to you from it to cause discord among you. As for the disputes, vices, sins and mistakes not even the army of Mohammed peace and blessings of Allah be upon him was free from it, but this isn t a call to acknowledge the vice, rather to firmness in the behavior of the discerning prophetic methodology that unites the rank for reformation and disavowal, which is the methodology that decreases the evil and corruption as much as possible and doesn t fix it with what leads to more corruption. And from the most important features of that methodology giving propriety to the wise elders, and retardation of the youngsters whom discords are ignited by them, and renewing the intention and sincerity to Allah Almighty, and putting the affiliation to the Ummah before the affiliation to the Jamaat, and that everyone be a censor on his group to search for its flaws due to the mistakes of its sons, who quickly refuses and fixes it, and that all the mujahidin, commanders and soldiers and the elders of the people, realize the great danger of conflict and division, and that it 5

6 invalidates the divine condition for victory, as the Almighty says: (and do not quarrel for then you will be weak in hearts and your power will depart, and be patient; surely Allah is with the patient) 46 Surah Al-Anfal, so who believes in that verse and sought victory according to it, is the one who truly believes in it, so people religion and jihad, ratify the claim by action, and do not give priority to any policy over the policies which you seek with it victory by unity and rejecting division, and be patient towards your brothers and people and their reformation and do not urge them to it, and deal with forgiveness and pardon, and turn away from the ignorant, and be patient, (surely Allah is with the patient) 153 Surah Al-Baqara, isn t anyone satisfied that Allah be with him? So he isn t harmed by who is against him after that, (as for the scum, it passes away as a worthless thing; and as for that which profits the people, it tarries in the earth) 17 Surah Ar-Rad, and today the whole Ummah is watching your jihad, and the features of its future after the predestination of Allah is formed by your actions, (Verily Allah helpeth one who helpeth Him) 40 Surah Al-Hajj, by adhering to His Sharia and obeying His order, and following the Sunnah of His messenger peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and glorification of the order of unity, and good planning for the enemy, and being watchful for his traps, and caution from being dragged by him, all that have been ordered by Allah Almighty, and it have been confirmed in the Sunnah of his prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and it is from the reasons that lead to victory (and surely Allah will help him who helps His cause; most surely Allah is Strong, Mighty) 40 Surah Al-Hajj. Then we advice you people of politics from the leaders of the groups and its decision makers, to put military pressure on the regions that represent the land of the international project of the parties which they want implement, according to its importance, since the presence of the Nusayris in the Coast like Latakia and Qardahah is the head of this state which is important to the regime, and Homs and Quseir is an important exit and an extension to Lebanon where there is their ally Hezbollah which some of it might be added to this statelet, and Dara a is the moral key and guarantor for the support of the West for that project to protect the Jews, which is an important land exit, and it isn t a secret the importance of the capital 6

7 Damascus and its rural area to complete this state and make it a strong state that is capable to survive, as much as the rebels put pressure on these areas, they will postpone the advancing of the international project of the parties which they want to implement, (and they devised plans and Allah too had arranged a plan; and Allah is the best of planners) 30 Surah Al-Anfal. From here I go to the declaration of the Iranian Party its participation which it tried to hide for two years in fighting our brothers in Syria, and to the speech of its general secretary who claimed that he is fighting the Takfiris and terrorists, so I say: How does their Sayyid claim that he is protecting the back of the resistance while he leaves his back (unprotected) to the Jews?! How could he be safe from their side if he wasn t complicit with them?! How could he ward off their evil if the Party wasn t guarantor to the security of their borders with Syria and a cover to protect it?! How does the Party declare that its rockets and weapons are for Haifa and Tel Aviv, while in reality it strikes Quseir and Muslims in Syria?! Is that the status of who claims that he is fighting in Syria to defend the resistance and fight imperialism?! And as the general secretary of the Pary of Iran challenged the Arab governments to send one bullet to the resistance although it doesn t claim resistance, we challenge this person who is falsely the cloth of resistance to shot one bullet at the Jews. Rather if he was true - let him leave who wants to resist the Jews who occupy Palestine and shell them from Southern Lebanon, and let him leave chasing them like a watchdog for the Jews! Didn t the Jews select it and its ally the Syrian regime to guard their borders with Syria except after they were sure from his sincerity in guarding their borders and its guarantee and the guarantee of Iran behind it to protect it as it have vowed to the West? While Iran of resistance, that confronts imperialism, and make jihad against the Great Satan, the whole world saw its collusion with America in invading Afghanistan and Iraq, and saw how its followers in Iraq entered it on the American tanks, and saw how it empowered the Party in Lebanon to protect the borders of the Jews, and how its Nusayri ally protected the borders of the 7

8 Jews overlooking Syria, and it today seeks to penetrate in a lowness more than ever, by playing the role of rescuer of the Jews from the danger that threatens them by the disappearance of Assad regime! Then those hypocrites boast by accusing the rebels in Syria that they are agents of the Jews and Jews?! If they believe that they are agents for the Jews, then why do they make their battle with those alleged agents and give their backs to the Jews and do not respond to them that they have moved their agents in Syria?! An obvious lie, which is only believed by whom fanaticism took his awareness and hatred took his mind. Nobody today is ignorant or overlooks that the battle of the Party in Syria is the battle of dividing the country and igniting war between all the sects of Al- Sham, and is begging the support of the West in this battle to ensure the borders of the Jews, which is a lost battle Allah willing, which is wake up the Ahli Sunnah of who represent the vast majority in Bilad Al-Sham, and it is a battle that will stimulant the Wise men of the sects for the Party s tampering with their security, presence and interests, which will push them to be neutral and not participate with it in its stupidity which no one who participate with it will survive it, and no one will be killed in it except from foolishness and by clear proof. Remarkably when they accuse Ahli Sunnah of being agents to America it is them who are bogged down to their heads in cooperation with Russia which is at war with Islam and Muslims from centuries, and is to this day violating the lands of the Muslims and violating their blood and annihilated entire rations, and the Iranians didn t leave an enemy to Islam without being a aide and supporter to it. We say after this reminder of the tampering of the Party of Iran in Bilad Al- Sham that we have previously warned the Shia sect in Lebanon several times from the consequences of the actions of the Party and its interference in the war, and we were in contrary to the Party by our act that takes into account the interests of the people that are respected by the Sharia, and our keenness to prevent the country the spark which the Party is fueling its fire, we are no longer responsible and have presented our excuses, and we did our best to give them awareness so that they may choose for themselves, 8

9 despite of that we didn t find a serious demand and seeking from them to prevent the aggression of the Party on our people, or to distance themselves from participating in this aggression. So we declare after all that the Iranian Hezbollah and its interests in Lebanon are legitimate targets to us and the rebels, a reciprocal treatment, and repel their aggression, in the ways that we see appropriate to this stage. And we by this declaration, we hold them the full responsibility and keep in their necks its consequences which they won t be safe from it until withdraw all their elements from Syria, or (then there should be no hostility except against the oppressors) 193 Surah Al- Baqara. And what reached your regions from rockets in Bekaa, Hermel and Al-Dahiya (Al-Janubiya), and others, were only skirmishes that prove the seriousness of Ahli Sunnah in confronting the aggression against them, and a practical reminder and notice and warning after the verbal warning, and know that what is coming is worse, and that you won t endure the consequences of the interference of the Party of Iran in Syria and its aggression against its people. (Arabic poetry) Do not let your fool work evil with your contentment then the mother of the aggressor will be bereaved If you want to support your Party tomorrow then the Truth swears that it is unassisted Your swords will betray you in battle if your minds didn t preserve you before that And the heads of the sects in Lebanon, and its politicians and its authority if it was independent if they want to prevent Lebanon a war that destroys its capabilities and ends its security, have to confront the Party of Iran who ignites this war by its aggression against the people of Syria, and deal with it firmly and with seriousness that is equivalent to the graveness of what it is doing, or the blame will be on the aggressor and not on who repels its aggression, and all will witness that we didn t spare any effort in giving advice, and we didn t see any plan that glorifies the sanctities and rejected it. And we warn some of the clusters of the Christians and others who stand in the rank of the oppressive aggressive party that they are weaker from enduring the consequences of this alignment and alliance with the oppressive people, and they shouldn t depend on the Party which is an anomalous plant from the formation of Bilad Al-Sham, so they will draw on 9

10 themselves what the Party will draw on itself, and let their brothers in the sect stop them to preserve the security of the sect, but we have did the best in giving advice, and exaggerated in benevolence, and we won t treat the good and evil doer except as he did. Then I send a message to the military men and workers in the security sects from the sons of Ahli Sunnah in Lebanon, a message to awaken their conscience, and revive their dignity, and instigate their ardor for their people, and review their religion and to what Allah ordered them and prohibited them from seeking the Dunya by betraying the Ummah. We remind them of Allah Almighty, and His reward and punishment, and we remind them that history never mentioned a traitor to his Ummah and people except with evil, so obey your Lord, and so side with your Ummah and people, and do not be a hand for the Party of Iran to slaughter your people and brothers, since you know that this army and these security sectors loyalty isn t to Lebanon but to Iran, and the Party of Iran is moving it as it wishes not to preserve the internal security but for its interests even on the expense of the security, and Abbas Ibrahim work in the day and night to fight Ahli Sunnah in Lebanon and to chase, kill and arrest them, and you better than us the evidence for that, and you know that you were never assigned with any operation against the Party of Iran or the villages of the Shia which are under the control the Party despite of its many breaches to what the leaders of the army claims that they are adherent to it, what remains from religion or relationship or dignity from who doesn t refrain from participating in the operations of the army that are only against Ahli Sunnah and their villages and is used by the Party to strike its people?! Ask your relatives and fathers and brothers and elders and they will give you the same answer. So wash your past with a sincere repentance, and return soldiers to your Ummah, and you will be rewarded greatly and mentioned with good, and escape from the punishment of your Lord. Finally, I send a message to the acting Ulema in the arena of Al-Sham and in Lebanon in particular, I call them to keep up with developments occurring in the arena, and that they unite and gather their efforts to defend Ahli Sunnah in Syria and Lebanon, and we Allah willing are from them, and will work 10

11 in their ranks, and be among them, to use us to support our people wherever they wish. And I urge the youth of Ahli Sunnah in Sidon, Akkar, Tripoli and Bekaa to be around the acting Ulema and reforming preachers like a supporting aide and mobilized soldier, and that they increase their numbers, and support their movement, and that they be ready for the coming cataclysms and the expected events in the coming days in Lebanon, and beware from leaving them so that you not fail. (Arabic poetry) Leave humiliation to the weak and don t be sleepy because firmness is not for the sleeper And fight if you were only given oppression since war is better than accepting oppression And what is better than poetry the words of Allah Almighty, and He had said to you: (O you who believe! if you help (the cause of) Allah, He will help you and make firm your feet) 7 Surah Muhammad, and He said to you: (And prepare against them what force you can and horses tied at the frontier, to frighten thereby the enemy of Allah and your enemy and others besides them, whom you do not know (but) Allah knows them; and whatever thing you will spend in Allah's way, it will be paid back to you fully and you shall not be dealt with unjustly) 60 Surah Al-Anfal, and He said to you: (How (can it be)! while if they prevail against you, they would not pay regard in your case to ties of relationship, nor those of covenant; they please you with their mouths while their hearts do not consent; and most of them are transgressors) 8 Surah At-Taubah, and you have seen what they did to your brothers in Syria, and they consider you more worthy of what they did there. Our Lord, pour down upon us patience, and make our steps firm and assist us against the unbelieving people. And know that Jannah is under the shadow of the swords, and that all pride is to Allah, and who seeks it from any other than Him will inherit humiliation and indignity. O Allah of the Praised Names, and high characteristics, Lord and Master of everything, support your oppressed slaves, and defeat the soldiers of Satan, and unite the word of the mujahidin, and preserve them from the cunning of the Kuffar, and preserve our Muslim brothers. 11

12 O Allah, Revealer of the Book, Disperser of the clouds, Defeater of the Confederates, put our enemy to rout and help us in over-powering them. And may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon your slave and messenger Mohammed and all his family and Sahabah.
