1 And so that the way of the guilty may become clear A speech for Sheikh Sirajuddin Zurayqat (may preserve him) (And those who malign believing men and believing women undeservedly, they bear the guilt of slander and manifest sin) 58 Surah Al-Ahzab الحمد هلل رب العالمين وأشهد أن ال إله إال هللا وحده ال شريك له وأن محمد ا عبده ورسوله صلى هللا عليه وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. أما بعد: I record this speech to comment on the developments in Lebanon in the past days, which Allah revealed to the people the conspiracies of the Syrian regime and its allies in Lebanon, by the scandal of the (former) MP Michel Samaha. So I wanted notify the people of Lebanon to some matters: The first matter: What has been done by the (former) MP Michel Samaha is not a new thing for the lackeys of the Assad Syrian regime, but rather it their habit and custom and they have done the same many times before. And if Michel Samaha succeeded in this dangerous criminal role, he wouldn t have adopted these acts, but it is Hezbollah media and journalists mercenaries who will be responsible in sticking the accusation to Ahli Sunnah, the Islamists and whom they call terrorists, this is their habit, since the carry the most mean and despicable morals, and they are the people of treachery, betrayal and clear sin, as Allah Almighty have said: (And those who malign believing men and believing women undeservedly, they bear the guilt of slander and manifest sin) 58 Surah Al-Ahzab, and the Almighty said: (And whoever commits a fault or a

2 sin, then accuses of it one innocent, he indeed takes upon himself the burden of a calumny and a manifest sin) 112 Surah An-Nisa. The second matter: Is the issue of assassinating the speaker of Parliament and the army chief, everyone read what has been reported by the paid newspapers and its mercenary writers about the existence of an attempt to assassinate Nabih Berri, and their saying of the existence of a plot to assassinate Qahwaji, and the a big official in the army intelligence in Southern Lebanon exaggerated in confirming this information, and we say: All this talk are lies, deception and deceit, and behind it is the Assad regime and some of its lackeys in Lebanon and their agents in some of the security services who work according to the orders of Assad intelligence, and their goal from stirring these news and leaking these lies, is to draw the public opinion that the mujahidin are preparing to strike targets in Lebanon, so if the agents of the Assad regime strike like what would have happened if Michel Samaha succeeded, the snipers of the resistance succeeded in assassinating Samir Geagea, or the elevator blow up with Boutros Harb, then Party (Hezbollah) enters to cover-up for perpetrators if any of that succeeded, the public opinion would have been ready to believe what the paid media would have said after that, since it will stick the accusation to Ahli Sunnah and the Islamist groups and will launch intense complicit campaigns to confirm these false information, and maybe they would have issued a fabricated statement where alleged Islamist parties adopt these acts, then comes the role of the heroic army intelligence, to pursue the innocents from Ahli Sunnah and arrest, imprison and torture them, that scheme would have happened like it have happened many times before, and it might happen in the near future. If Michel Samaha was exposed, the Party has one hundred Michel Samaha, I warn the sects of Lebanon that the Party blows up the interests of this sect and assassinates individuals from that sect, then its paid media accuses Ahli Sunnah of that, so it prevents the guns be directed at it, and it ignites it a war between the sects of Lebanon which increases its weakness, and the Party remains safe, so that its authority remains strong after the fall of Assad rule, and I even warn the Shia themselves that the Party targets them and bears the Islamists the responsibility, so that it guarantees their loyalty to it and it implicates them in its war against Ahli Sunnah, and to guarantee the using of the agencies of the Lebanese state in striking Ahli Sunnah for its own interest, and we have seen

3 the signs of this conspiracy in the twisting of the Party s media of the message of the Amir of the brigades may Allah preserve him to the Shia of Lebanon, in which warned them from participating in fighting Ahli Sunnah, and he clarified to them that that exposes them to the anger of Ahli Sunnah, and he guided them to the way of their security and prevent bloodshed, but the media of the Party distorted it and claimed that the brigades threaten of bombings that target the Shia. And that distortion is a proof for the truth of what has been mentioned by the Amir of the brigades may Allah preserve him, that the Party is manipulating with the security and interests of Lebanon, and even with the security and sustenance of the Shia, to achieve political gains. So which of the two parties is keen on the interests of the country and its people? Is it who seeks justice and guides to the way of preserving security and warns from participating in bloodshed and seeks to prevent that? Or is it who seeks with its paid media and agents to blow up the situation and shuffle the cards? I call the wise men to what the Amir of the brigades have called to, to listen to his speech themselves and not make between them and the speech mediators such as the Party s media, which is lies more than the devils that steals the hearing, and distort the words more than Jews who distorted the words of Allah. The third matter: The lie called the sovereign Lebanese state, and the government that has authority, since there isn t in Lebanon a real government, but rather there is an operational instrument called the Lebanese government headed by Najib Mikati, which Hezbollah holds with its left hand - and both its left hands are sinful, and this instrument the Party uses it to pursuit the innocents who oppose its influence and oppose the Syrian regime, on top of these are Ahli Sunnah and their Ulema, as they have done lately with the activist Wael Al-Khalidi in Ber Al-Yaas. And there is no evidence more obvious than what have been done by Al-Miqdad family that kidnapped people publicly in broad day light, and barricaded with their arms and in their suburb under the cover of Hezbollah, even the interior minister couldn t negotiate with them, and even that family refused to receive him, so what government is this? What legitimacy are you deceiving the people? And what rights of the Lebanese will you retrieve by it? What is your opinion, what would this government have done if one of Ahli Sunnah did what was done by the Al- Miqdad family? But rather what it would have done if Ahli Sunnah were accused of that act? Every Lebanese knows it would have raided the homes and

4 killed men on the streets randomly before verification of the accusation, as it have done before in Majdal Anjar, Beirut,Tripoli and other regions. The fourth matter: is the role of weapons in Lebanon, O lions of Ahli Sunnah Lebanon has become a forest where hyenas have become lions when its lions put away their fangs and claws, so who was strong in this forest protected himself from the predators, and no one will be strong in this forest except who carried his arms to scare who assaults him, this is the realistic solution to achieve balance of power. Ahli Sunnah should begin to armament with what they can, and form military wings that represent them and defend them as Al- Miqdad family have done, and we by this don t ask Ahli Sunnah to assault anyone, but to take caution and prepare to defend their honor, lives and money, before it happens to them what has happened to our people in Syria, the Almighty says: (those who disbelieve desire that you may be careless of your arms and your luggage, so that they may then turn upon you with a sudden united attack) 102 Surah An-Nisa, and you have seen the crimes of Hezbollah in Syria, and no doubt that its crimes in Lebanon will be bigger and more brutal. The fifth matter: I mentioned that Hezbollah is recruiting some groups which belong to Ahli Sunnah and calls them Resistance Brigades to use them to eradicate the Muslim youth, and sow infighting among the ranks of Ahli Sunnah, a real model occurred in Dohat El-Hoss, when the alleged Resistance Brigades assassinated two youths from Ahli Sunnah, whom we ask Allah to accept them as martyrs, but the disgraceful thing is that the Party kills the victim then strives for his funeral and blood money, and the party s official Bilal Dagher boasts in his visit to the parents of the martyrs and says with blustery that the victim was wanted to be killed by our hands long ago, but he resorted to the terrorist youth in prison so they protected him, and he was killed in this incident by mistake. And his words indicate that they intended killing him with premeditation, and in his blustery is disregard of his blood in front of his family and relatives, and we encourage the family of the martyrs and free heroes, to take revenge for their son s blood and they shouldn t give up their sons blood and take revenge from the oppressor and the real abettor of these acts, the Almighty says: (And there is life for you in (the law of) retaliation, O men of understanding, that you may guard yourselves) 179 Surah Al-Baqara.

5 In conclusion I say: This current atmosphere is similar to the atmosphere in the time of killing Al-Hariri assassination and what followed it from political assassinations, since every time its tighten on the Syrian and Iranian regime, they try to catharsis themselves by making unrest in Lebanon, by paid hands who live in Lebanon and between its people and eat from its riches, but in their veins is Velayat-e Faqih, so they don t see anything in front of them except the interest of that project and its ally Assad, and they destroy everything for that project. And all that has happened in Lebanon from political assassinations such as the assassination of Al-Hariri, Francois Hajj, MP Al-Gemayel and others, and the attempts to blow up the situation in North Lebanon by the plot of Michel Samaha is made by the military wing of Hezbollah and the Syrian intelligence. And here we warn the Muslim youth from being dragged unknowingly to such acts, and being dragged behind the agents of the Syrian intelligence that lie on him, and portray for them that these acts benefit jihad, and that they are instructions from the mujahidin leaders, since the mujahidin directions are opposite to that, and they always warn the Muslim youth from doing what their enemies exploit, and remember what was done by the intelligence in the incident of kidnapping the Estonians and others. And the Jamaat Insha Allah will reveal the acts which the Party and the army intelligence sought to in Southern Lebanon, and will mention the details of these acts. O Allah repel the plots of the traitors, and expose the criminals, and preserve our people in Lebanon from the intrigues of devils of the Party and its allies, O Allah give victory to the Syrian revolution, O Allah aid the oppressed Syria, Lebanon, Palestine and in everywhere. وصل اللهم وسلم على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.
