3 In the name of Allah the most Gracious the most Merciful All thanks be to Allah, we thank Him and seek refuge from Him and seek His forgiveness, and seek refuge of Allah from the evil of our souls and our bad deeds, he whom Allah guides, nobody can mislead, and he whom Allah misguides, nobody can lead him. And I bear witness that there s no god but Allah, alone without a partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His worshipper and messenger, may prayers and peace and prayers be upon him be upon him and his family and companions, and greetings be to them, And what follows: It s of the repeated patterns of Allah the most High the most Exalted and His wisdom; that the queues of the believers and Mujahedeen are mixed with those who are not of them, and with hypocrites, and Allah the most High the most Exalted wouldn t let the Muslim side be mixed with those pretender hypocrites, who pretend to be Muslim, hiding behind the call of the faith, so Allah has let the people suffer being tested and go through tribulations. Allah the most Exalted said: Allah will not leave the believers in the state in which you are now, until He distinguishes the wicked from the good. [AlImran 179] And Allah the most Exalted said: And We indeed tested those who were before them. And Allah will certainly make (it) known (the truth of) those who are true, and will certainly make (it) known (the falsehood of) those who are liars [AlAnkabout 3] The lines have to melt down such that evil is evicted, and pressed such that the weak stones fall, and light shed upon it so parasites and [bad] conscience is discovered. Such and that battle doesn t stop between right and wrong, and the repetition of fighting would repeat which if stopped monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques, wherein the Name of Allah is mentioned much would surely have been pulled down, earth would have been spoilt, so the fighting and the battle is continuous, and tribulation and testing and 3 [Allah knows and you know not]

4 continuous checking continue, and rather the final account will go to those who fear Allah, and winning and victory go the true patient believers. A Mujahid for Allah s cause is only increased in purity and clearance with tests, and tribulations only give him more will and steadfastness, so have patience you mujahedeen of the Islamic state in Iraq and Sham, and be patient and hold on and don t be sad from near people and collaboration of enemies. Don t fret from the fierce battle against the state, Allah the most High the Exalted gives victory to His soldiers and defends those who believe. Don t be scared from the amount of lies and accusations, and what the enemies of Islam have gathered and recommended against you, Allah the most High the most Exalted knows who seeks evil from the righteous seeker, and knows the Mujahid from the pretender, and the one who says the truth from the liar Be aware that the test you had in Sham; is by the will of Allah is grand good coming to you, it will only last a while and then becomes a great blessing by the will of Allah. O sons of the state in Sham ; Allah knows then you know; the state has done all it could to stop this war waged by some fighting brigades So Allah knows and then you know; we haven t sought this war and haven t gone for it or planned it, because apparently and we see that the greatest winner from it are the Nusairies and Rafidha, and we were forced to it, and for days we have tried to prevent it and tried to stop it, in spite of the clear betrayal against us, and the obvious attack against us, those who were fooled into us thought that the state is an easy target and that they can defeat us, led by false lies of the media, so we had to fight this war unwillingly, so Allah is our protected and Great be Him So if you know that O sons of the state, then depend on Allah, and declare innocence from your own might and power to His Might and Power, and fear Allah, the final round will belong to you if you fear Him, don t betray or be unfair, and we recommend to you that you let alone who wishes to be left alone, and those who throw their arms from those battalions, however his crime is big, and his bad deed reaches, and always chose forgiveness and 4 [Allah knows and you know not]

5 pardon, so you are free to fight an evil doer enemy who wants to kill all Sunna people. So if you do your best to stop this war, and be free to fight the Nusairies and Rafidha and then you fail [then] that will be your excuse with your Lord, so depend on Allah and seek His support, He is enough for you, and fight this war, by the Power of Allah you can do it. And be sure that it is good for you anyway, it s what Allah wanted for you Allah knows but you do not know. [AlBaqara: 216] And beware, beware of injustice, who is unjust or attacks a person unrightfully should hasten to return the rights, and repent, we return every injustice that we know of, and declare innocence to Allah from each injustice perpetrated by a person of the state, and we order every soldier to give back any injustice that he knows of, and Allah doesn t bless a Mujahid who knows of an injustice and doesn t return it if he can or tries to remove it. And increase the amount of seeking repentance and seeking forgiveness [from Allah] and say: there s no power or might but by Allah, and that we say to every Mujahid who fights for the way of Allah from all groups and battalions on the land of Sham, whether a commander of a soldier. I remind them that the battle is for the nation as a whole, and the target is all the Mujahedeen, and the state is but a door to you, if broken then our enemy and your enemy won t find an easier way, so don t let yourselves regret it one day, and we say to whoever has been involved in fights against the state from the battalions, reconsider, and repent to your Lord, you have taken us by surprise, and stabbed us in the back from behind, and our soldiers in all fronts are but few. Today you have seen some of our might, and saw the difference between today and yesterday, yesterday before fighting us you were safe to go around and sleep safe, now you are afraid an spend the night up in fear. Here the state is extending an arm to you to stop fighting it and it would stop fighting you, let s be free to fight the Nusairies and Rafedha, and beware that the state has men who don t sleep while oppressed, tried and tested known by the near and the far, and as for your people of Sham, may Allah be with you, may Allah be with you. 5 [Allah knows and you know not]

6 All are trading in you, all are eating you up to go higher using your shoulders as ladders, even your corpses as ladders, Allah will suffice for you, Allah will suffice for you. The Nusairies are shedding your blood, attacking your honour, destroying your homes under the claim of fighting terrorism to protect you from Jews and Crusaders, collaborating against Islam and fixing up traps for the Mujahedeen and fighting them, [pretending] to cry for you while trading in your blood and cause. The tyrants: of rulers of Muslims are buying honours, and recruiting agents, and creating followers pretending to salvage you. Thieves and burglars and bandits are stealing your money and wealth, and sucking your blood in your name pretending to be giving your victory and defending and protecting you. So may Allah be with you O people of Sham, and congratulations to you if you have patience, the Lord has taken it upon Himself to care for you, but as for us we can only say to you: Blood O blood, and destruction O destruction We fight for the way of Allah and to seek the Pleasure of Allah, and don t fear a blamer s blame, and we don t fear a blamer s blame for Allah s and we have sprung to give you victory since the tribulation became harder on you and saved no effort, and won t safe an effort by the Will of Allah, and we won t stop giving all we can by the Will of Allah. Don t ever let the misguiding media fool you, and you by the Will of Allah find us but the most merciful of people towards you and most hard against your enemy, this is our truth, and it s enough for us that Allah knows it, it s enough for us that Allah knows that we have sprung in all sincerity and faith to protect Muslims, and to fight for their honour, and save their honour, and then one night and a day we get accused, may Allah not allow that, and that we are careless with regards to your blood! By Allah, No, and that we put takfir on the people of Sham! It s enough for us that Allah knows that we are careful for the safety and security of our people in sham and we are the only faction to publicly bear responsibility of fighting bandits and follow that thieves and murders, and 6 [Allah knows and you know not]

7 then between a night and a day we get accused of killing people of Sham and make mass graves for them, there s no power or might but by Allah It s enough for us that Allah knows that we haven t entered a village or a district or a street but given safety to Muslims on their persons, wealth and honour, while thieves, criminals and bandits ran away from it, then we get accused between a night and a day that we scare Muslims and take their honours lightly. It s enough for us that Allah knows; that we talked with all people and extended arms to all groups, and then we are accused of not seeing but ourselves, and that we don t acknowledge any other Mujahid, and don t give people their due credit, far from it It s enough for us that Allah know, we never claimed to be infallible, or intentionally committed mistakes or persisted in committing errors, as we are accused, it s enough for us that Allah knows; that we haven t left our families and homes, or carried our souls in our palms to give cheap for the cause of Allah, but to apply the law of Allah, so between one night and one day we get accused of being tyrants who don t obey the rule of Allah, may Allah protect us from that It s enough for us that Allah knows; that we are the hardest of people against the Nusairies and the Rafidha, and they themselves know that, and it s enough for us that Allah knows that on the night of betrayal against us and when we were stabbed in the back; we have an army in AlKhayr state led by Sheikh Omar AlShishani which decided not to return before freeing the whole state, and he put the plan for it and started it, and we have a force in Allebo which was advancing on the western front within a plan to liberate all Allebo, And another force that was amassing to storm the Querious airport from the eastern side, and another force that ready to storm, and troops that were ready to deal with AlNusairies in synchronisation in the area around the Hanano camp, ready waiting for the land to dry to get into their control point, and that Allah knows that a ready group in the state of Edleb and another in the state of Hammat in one day against eleven barrages of Nusairies, and to liberate AlDayf vally to wage a battle against the Nusairies. 7 [Allah knows and you know not]

8 It s enough for us that Allah knows all that, and then our soldiers know that all that was stopped on the night of the betrayal, and then we get accused of being clients for the Nusairies and the Rafida Allah is enough for us, and He is the best Representative Allah is enough for us, and He is the best Representative Glory be to Him, from Him nothing hides on earth and in heaven, The messenger of Allah prayers and peace be upon him said: (There will come to the people years of treachery, when the liar will be regarded as honest, and the honest man will be regarded as a liar; the traitor will be regarded as faithful, and the faithful man will be regarded as a traitor ) As for the Sunnis in Iraq we say. O our people, now you see the Rafida in truth, you have finally carried weapons against them, this is your chance, don t waste it, otherwise you will never have a say.. Your war against the Rafida is a religious war, the hateful Safawite Nori declared that, and he declared in full meanness saying: his war against the Mujahedeen is a holy war, and his war against the Sunnis is a battle of apostasy and faith he was right, [though] he is a lair. So gather around your mujahedeen sons, and declare it pure for Allah, today you have become a fortress for the Sunnis against the Rafida, so don t be the weakest spot, And you sons of the state in Iraq You who were purified by tests, and cleared and polished by tribulations, to Allah goes your effort, most steady than mountains, doubts don t reach you, and accusations don t work against you Be the spear head in fighting the Safawites, and be in the front rows, stand up against this Rafidi war, and advance towars Baghdad and the south, burn the Rafida in their backyard And never hand your people and tribes over, and be aware that Sunnis eyes everywhere are watching you, and your brethren in Sham are expecting you 8 [Allah knows and you know not]

9 May Allah bless you, And finally This is a message to America Beware you protector of the Cross that the war by delegation won t help you in Shap, as it didn t in Iraq, and soon you will be in full confrontation, forced by the Will of Allah, and that the sons of Islam have prepared themselves for that day. So wait, we too are waiting with you [AlTauba: 52] Our Lord! Punish us not if we forget or fall into error, our Lord! Lay not on us a burden like that which You did lay on those before us (Jews and Christians); our Lord! Put not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear. Pardon us and grant us Forgiveness. Have mercy on us. You are our Maula (Patron, Suppor-ter and Protector, etc.) and give us victory over the disbelieving people.
