1 Kashmir will become Darul-Islam(abode of Islam) Ameer Zakir Musa(May Allah protect him) In the name of Allah, praise be to Allah, and prayers and peace by upon the Prophet of Allah and upon his family and his companions and all who follow him. May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you. Said Moses to his people, "Seek help through Allah and be patient. Indeed, the earth belongs to Allah. He causes to inherit it whom He wills of His servants. And the [best] outcome is for the righteous." (Surah Al A raf 128) O Muslims of Kashmir and Sub-continent, I pray to Allah the almighty that he protects you and that we become his and He makes us his own. May Allah the almighty free the Muslims of Kashmir and Sub-Continent from every system of infidelity and make us work for the supremacy of Islam in this region. Ameen, O Lord of the worlds. I pray to Allah, the almighty that he protects every Mujahid of Kashmir and Sub-continent and show them the miracles of divine help. My beloved brothers, I request you to pray for this brother and student, that Allah make use for the right path and bless me life of righteousness and death of martyrdom. O my respected Brothers, Sisters, elders and friends in Kashmir, in this age of darkness, it is important that we do not let go off patience and prayer, dawah and righteous action, and faith and belief. Patience because Allah likes the patient ones and because his help is coming. Prayers..because Allah loves the heart who prays in front of him

2 Dawah..because it is the way of the Prophets. Righteous action...because without this all the knowledge and prayers are a waste and even a bit of nifaaq wastes the righteous action. Faith..because it is our being a Muslim. It is important to understand faith. Faith is that each of our prayer and hope must be with Allah alone, He who has no partners. No other God, no other idol, no human being, no country, no Army, neither any Nimrod nor any Pharaoh. Belief because without this we have no value. Our beginning and our end is only of belief in Allah. My respected Brothers and sisters and elders, if we do keep hold of patience, prayers, Dawah, righteous action, faith and belief, then no power on earth can keep us away from Allah s help. The importance of people of faith and Mujahideen and martyrs in Kashmir is like a shining light in the Islamic world. In 1931, when Muslim world was in the clutches of western oppression and in this era of darkness, some took refuge in Tribalism, socialism, Democracy and Kingship it was your(kashmiris) ancestors who rose up to protect the sanctity of Adhaan and without caring for their lives and property held the flag of Islam. They accepted martyrdom but didn t bow down. Since then you haven t let go off Islam despite extreme oppression, hopelessness and treacheries. You kept threatening Indian infidels, sometimes by snatching their weapons and sometimes by stones. When wolves in sheep s clothing revealed their true faces, you didn t lose your will. Rather, you kept marking milestones, sometimes with Kalashnikov and sometimes with stones. My beloved people of faith, by Allah your sacrifices are great. Your standing firm on the frontlines and protecting the Mujahideen it is not less than any Jihad. May Allah accept your worship. It is the strength of your faith that honours you with such bravery and courage. May Allah keep you steadfast and grant you a high status among the martyrs of Ghazwa-e-Hind. Ameen. My respected Brothers, in recent times many accusations have been levelled against me and Ansar Ghazwatul Hind. Me and my companions, will answer these accusations with our blood, Allah willing. We have made promise to Allah and we believe in his promise that He will help us and send us help and victory from the heavens above. But how will those clean their souls, who levelled accusations at us? Those who have made idols of nationalism in the name of Islam and made countries their Gods and those who consider alcohol consuming Generals as Angels..what is the difference between them and Saamri? Our beloved and respected Mujahid leader Shaheed Afzal Guru has broken these idols and exposed these wolves in sheep s clothing in his book Aayinah which he wrote in Tihar Jail. Shaheed Afzal Guru was the pioneer of the ideology of Shariah or martyrdom whose flag we

3 have raised. He has clearly stated in his book that the fruits of Jihad carried under the influence or control of Pakistani Army will be wasted. He has stated that the solution of problems of Kashmiris lies in adopting the armed way of Shaheed Aafaq. He writes in his book: The blood and sacrifices of Pakistani Mujahideen can only be preserved if the Jihad in Kashmir can be taken out of the control of agencies and policies of Pakistani Government. To put hope and trust of Jihad on ISI and Pakistani rulers, who are effectively slaves of America, is nothing but disgrace of Jihad. We are also moving ahead with the same Manhaj and it is our resolve that we will free the entire Jihadi movement in Kashmir from the influence of ISI and make Shaheed Afzal Guru s dream come true. Islam is a complete way of life. Quran has been completed. So which argument and faith is this that, you leave the rope of Allah and put your trust in a country?! Those who levelled accusations at us, we tell them this: We are the soldiers of Allah and we will recite the same dua which the Companions of Prophet(PBUH) used to recite- Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs for us. What an excellent guardian and protector He is! My respected and beloved Brothers, Sisters, elders and friends of Kashmir, you are always in our prayers and we trust that we will also part of your sincere Duas. The construction of an Islamic society is the same as the construction of a wall. It is important that every brick is properly baked. Every brick has its place and role. Every Muslim is like a brick and it is important to solidify yourself with faith. Regularity in Salah, abstinence (from vices), abstinence from corrupt things, and keeping in consideration both the rights of Allah and well as rights of people. My beloved and great brothers, who have raised the flag of Jihad in Kashmir. We are the heirs of a sacred movement and helpers of the coming conquest of India, Allah willing. Allah has made us a great favour by putting us on this frontline (with India). There is no better righteous action than performing Jihad in Allah s path and dying for it. We are the heirs of the sacrifices that Mujahideen have given over the last 30 years in Kashmir. From Abdullah Bangroo and Nasir ul islam, and from Afzal Guru to Abdul Qayoom Najar, aur from Fardeen and Manzoor the debt(of their blood) is on us. They spilt their blood for establishment of Shariah in Kashmir. My respected and beloved brothers, I am not even the dust of your feet but just an ordinary soldier of Islam. You are always in my prayers. You are our brothers in faith and Jihad. This relation is greater than any blood relation. May Allah bless us with a life of righteousness and death of martyrdom. May Allah help us to identify, understand, and act upon the truth and help us differentiate between truth and falsehood.

4 My respected and beloved brothers, our Jihad and the blood spilt therein is very sacred and great before Allah because Jihad is a great act. And the Jihad in Kashmir has been on for the last 3 decades, whereas on the other hand its fruits are being wasted by the interference and influence of Pakistani agencies. You Mujahideen are the soldiers of Allah and not the soldiers of any Taghooti Government or agency. You have left your homes for the implementation of Shariah in Kashmir. You are the same, you have threatened Indian forces even while being just a few in number. You have turned to the fields of Jihad by reading Surah Anfal and Surah Tawbah and not on the orders or trust of the Pakistani Army. Keeping in mind all these things, isn t it right that your dear brothers also, with Allah s support alone take this Jihad forward? Victory and help is in the hands of Allah alone, and not any agency, country or any individual. You yourself testify this fact, as you hold the weapons snatched away from Indian forces. Just hold onto the rope of Allah and move ahead with his support only. Your brothers in Ansar Ghazwatul Hind will shed the last drop of their drop to help you. My dear immigrant Mujahideen brothers of Pakistan, Afghanistan and other Muslim lands...the history and the future of irrigation of land of Kashmir is incomplete without you. From your childhood only, you have given battle cries of if you want martyrdom, then go to Kashmir and crossed high mountains and marked red milestones on white snow. Whether it be Shaheed Sajad Afghani or Shaheed Akbar bhai, or Sheikh Ahsan Aziz or Shaheed Ilyas Kashmiri or Shaheed Ghazi Baba, Shaheed Abdullah Uni or Shaheed Abu Qasim or Shaheed Abu Dujana; they all came (to perform Jihad) to Kashmir not because on the orders of any state and neither did they leave Jihad on orders of any state. They kept giving great examples of sacrifice. May Allah accept the martyrdom of these immigrant Mujahideen and increase their status. My dear Mujahideen brothers in (Kashmir) valley and Azaad Kashmir, Pakistan is under the occupation of a Government and Army which are slaves of Americans. These (Pakistani Government and Army) have been fighting against Mujahideen for many years now. Their hypocrisy is such that they don t even shy away from exploiting Islam and Jihad. When their relations with India are cordial, they imprison you and when relations with Indian turn sour, they release you towards the border. Can Jihad be subservient to these tyrannical people and enemies of Allah? By Allah, No! We understand the state of your hearts and know that your craves to enter the valley without having to report to any Pakistani Army man. By Allah, you are the stars of our eyes and every Muslim considers it helping and protecting you as a religious obligation. People quarrel over which village the immigrant Mujahideen will be buried in. This is love for the sake of Allah. My respected and beloved brothers, every Muslim of Kashmir considers

5 helping and protecting you as a religious obligation. The heart of every Muslim in Kashmir craves to help and support you. Hold onto the rope of Allah and seek help and support from him only and free yourself and your Jihad from the influence of Taghooti agencies. Do not think where will the weapons come from. Divine help sometimes comes in the form of birds and sometimes from sources which we can t even imagine. My dear sincere and Islam loving Brothers, Sisters and elders living in Pakistan, by Allah you are our heart beat. Without caring for anything, you sent your sons for Jihad in Kashmir and then praised Allah for their martyrdom. Sisters donated their jewelry for the Jihad in Kashmir. O my beloved, your lives and money both have been used for the Jihad in Kashmir. You didn t leave(supporting) the Jihad in Kashmir, when the American slave Government and Army of Pakistan unleashed mountains of oppression on you and continue to do so. Indeed, this is among one of the great examples of Islamic brotherhood. May Allah protect you and free you from oppression and tyranny and bring you under the protection of Shariah. The sincere Mujahideen performing Jihad in Pakistan are your well-wishers. They have sacrificed their lives and identified the path of establishing Shariah (in Pakistan) for you and you also haven t let them down. These (Mujahideen) Brothers have set a great example of courage and sacrifice by upholding the flag of Jihad against both America and its agents- the Pakistani Government and Army. My beloved Mujahid brothers, our Dawah is not for any organization, state or group. Our dawah is only that of a Manhaj, an ideology and pure Tawheed. This Dawah is above any Asabiyah or organization. Islam is never subservient to any person, group or state. Islam and Jihad is not because of Zakir Musa but rather the existence of Zakir Musa is because of Islam and Jihad. We must keep Jihad above any Tandheem or individual and rise above group and hero worshipping. My Mujahid brothers, it is important that in this Jihad we understand our enemy well. That we understand its strength and weakness. Where it is in strength, we break it, where it is weak we attack it. The first enemy of our Jihad is the Indian Army. It is important that we attack its convoys and make its movement difficult. In this action, every able youth can join and by using petrol bombs can participate in such actions. Besides the Indian army, this list (of targets) includes all those supporters and personnel who run the tyrannical and infidel system of India and protect it and give it advantage. Whether those be the supporters and personnel of police, loyals of (Indian) political parties and their leaders, those companies who are associated with the Government of India, or those foreign companies who have or want to invest in India.

6 My Mujahid Brothers, it is also important that we preach the word of truth and keep making dua to Allah that he blesses us with a righteous life and a death of a martyr. May Allah enable us to identify, understand and act on the truth and differentiate it from Falsehood. And our final prayer is to the Lord of the worlds. And peace and blessing of Allah be upon you.
