Here is the entire interview. Title: The prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) cut off head of infidels, whether the profit (peace be upon him) was extremist or the Islamic state is just following his way. Journalist: Dr. Mohammed Ali Aljzouli is a middle age man, speaks classic Arabic (fus ha) fluently. He studied religious knowledge (elm shar ei)since his childhood. He is well known outside Sudan rather than the inside, he is followed by thousands through facebook and twitter and many of them memorized his words by hearts. He got great hopes of domination of Islam through the entire world. For the past few years, he appeared as the strongest man defending upon the Islamic state. Journalist: Dr. Mohammed Ali Aljzouli, you did not have that publicity before and suddenly you appeared in the scene and through the international press? Dr. Aljzouli: This is not true, I have a lot of kuttabs and media, and thousands of followers before the Islamic revolution in sham (levant) and before the Islamic state expands to sham. I was recognized as Islamic activist since I was kid. Journalist: How old were you at that time? Dr. Aljzouli: Only ten years old. Journalist: I think you entered the press field

2 through your writings and articles? Dr. Aljzouli: Yes, I wrote articles for different journals such as: Alintibaha, Alsyha and Almustagila. I also have a number of tv shows and I participated in more than 10 international conferences. Journalist: what stands behind your recently well recognized appearance in the international media? Dr. Aljzouli: I think that is mainly connected to the international affair that preoccupied the west even before the Islamic states. Journalist: What affair do you mean? Dr. Aljzouli: I mean the Islamic state and everything related to this issue. Journalist: There is certain extraordinary ideas in your fikr (ideology) and manhaj (methodology)? Dr. Aljzouli: There is not any extraordinary ideas, I have always been calling for this, people who watched the khuttba (Bin Ladin.a man betrayed by his own ummah) will recognize this. This was much before the incidents in sham. Journalist: If the ideas are the same ideas, why they make a lot reactions now? Dr. Aljzouli: Because the Islamic theories of ruling and politics that we were calling for are now out of books and practiced, and anyone can notice them. That is creating all the reactions you see now. Journalist: Does the world really care with this sample? Dr. Aljzouli: What really scares the west and the Arab Tagouts is the succeed of Islamic state (may Allah protect it) to turn this Islamic ideas form words just being read and memorized into facts

3 being seen and felt in our daily life. Do you believe that the Islamic state (may Allah protect it) was able to provide some of the people daily needs for free, this can attract also the western people to Islam, those who suffer from the capitalism such as Occupy Wallstreet movement when they see another system of ruling that provide them a decent way of life. Journalist: If we go back to your childhood, the northern state in Sudan where you grow up was never been famous of jihad ideology, how come you embraced such ideas? Dr. Aljzouli: The Ideas have no homeland, the grow everywhere and the ideas we are talking about are the true Islam. Even in America and western countries you can find people who want to implement shar aa laws. Journalist: Any one passing through your account in facebook or twitter can recognize your support to Islamic state and the Khilafa? Dr. Aljzouli: Now the issue is not the khilafa and the point of view towards that, it is about a group of Muslims who declared their ideas which they inspired from shar aa law and they implemented them on reality which gathered all the kuffar (westerners and arabs) under one banner to fight the Islamic state. Now the issue is the war between two camps: the camp of Iman and the camp of kuffr. Journalist: Can we evaluate the ruling trial of Daish and the bloody picture the left it in everyone mind? Dr. Aljzouli: Now it is not the time to evaluate the Islamic state whether you as a Muslim supports the Islamic state or not, now we must all be in

4 the same trench with the Islamic state against this alliance of kuffr. Now we try to gather all the ummah to face this alliance of khuffr which does not aim only to destroy the Islamic state (may Allah protect it) but to extract Islam from the whole region. Journalist: Daish or as you call it Islamic state, does it really accomplishing victories on ground? Dr. Aljzouli: Yes indeed, alhamdu lilah (thank God) the Islamic state is achieving great victories on ground. Journalist: According to your view: in spite of the continuous, intensified airstrikes the Islamic state accomplish rapid victories? Dr. Aljzouli: I always say to whom who wonder how the Islamic state continues to achieve rapid victories despite the alliance of kuffr of more than 60 countries with all their financial support, military power and advanced technology; the victory in reality is from Allah and what we experience now is the practical show for that aya but the materialistic,(وما النصر الا من عند الله ( people can never understand this. Journalist: But Daish committed massacres? Dr. Aljzouli: people who blames the Islamic state for slaughtering murtadeen (apostates) in some of its released media, I tell them that the Islamic state is now collecting the result of that as continuous victories, everyone fighting the Islamic state is now terrified because of this media. We all see on TV and internet that whenever the soldier of the Islamic state approaches a city the apostates (sahawat, rafida and nusiria) they run away and leave their positions as what happen when the chief of police

5 department of Anbar state was assassinated. Journalist: Why do they run away? Dr. Aljzouli: They are completely terrified, the prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) said: ) that the enemy used to نصرت بالرعب مسيرة شهر) run away when the prophet and the muslims soldiers are a month far, and nowadays the synonym of roa b (panic) is irhab (terrorism). And Allah directed us to terrorize the kuffar, he said وأعدوا لهم ماأستطعتم من قوة ومن) Quran: in holy,( terrorizing رباط الخيل ترهبون به عدو الله وعدوكم the kuffar is the shortest way to accomplish peace to the ummah. Journalist: But terrorism is condemned by the rules of the united nations? Dr. Aljzouli: We do not believe in UN rules nor Genève rules, we do not believe in all ghawanin wad ya (manmade laws). Journalist: But we are part of the world in which these rules are being admitted and implemented by governments? Dr. Aljzouli: We did this to ourselves, we let those governments to rule us, and we can change that and we have to change that. Journalist: But now all the countries are under the UN umbrella? Dr. Aljzouli: No that is true, the UN members are (187) countries from the total number of (217) country in the world. Journalist: That means the majority are members in the UN including the Islamic and the Arab countries? Dr. Aljzouli: For muslims, the majority and minority should not be the criteria, it is the shar aa laws that decide his judgment, all these

6 rules and laws are kuffr. Journalist: Going back to Daish, it has presented a defaced picture of Islam as said by many Islamic thinkers? Dr. Aljzouli: A defaced picture of Islam upon whose criteria? Genève rules? Or the prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) rules? Journalist: Any criteria! Dr. Aljzouli: If it upon prophet Mohammed (peace إنما ( kuffar: be upon him) rules, he used to say to ) that I came with slaughtering for جي تكم بالذبح you. And once from his minbar (stage) the place of da waa and mercy, he said: who bring me the head of ka b ibn Alashraf, as soon as the prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) finished the companion Mohammed ibn Maslama went and brought his head while the prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) is still making the khuttba, is the prophet Daishi (from Daish) or does Daish is just following the way of the prophet (peace be upon him). Journalist: But Islam is the religion of forgiving and merciful most of its Ayat (verses) say so? Dr. Aljzouli: That is true, and the prophet (peace ضحوك ( the: be upon him) described himself as the smiley and killing, but we present him (القتال as the smiley only. Journalist: But the Holy Quran describes him as: ( )if you were لوكنت فظا غليظ القلب لانفضوا من حولك rude, they would not gather around you? Dr. Aljzouli: That is true but the same Holy Quran directed the prophet (peace be upon him) to يايها) them: declare jihad upon kuffar and killing.( We have النبي جاهد الكفار والمنافقين وأغلظ عليهم to read the entire Quran not just take some of its

7 Ayat (verses), and the ulmaa alsultan (government scholars) are doing so to be accepted by the western government. But we have to present them the Islam in the full picture of Islam; in our religion there is merciful and punishment, there is word and sword. If they accepted Islam in that way they gain in Dunia (life) and Akhira (paradise) and if they do not accept it they blame no one but their selves. Journalist: But Daish killed war prisoners and we know it forbidden? Dr. Aljzouli: It is Masa la Khilafi ( diversified matter in our Fiqh) since early why so enlarging the issue. Journalist: For you Dr. Aljzouli, do agree upon killing the war prisoners? Dr. Aljzouli: If he was apostate and did not make tawbaa (re-embrace Islam) it is wajb (must) to kill him. But we have to distinguish between apostates and originally infidels there are different rules to deal with them. Journalist: I am asking about those who never embraced Islam before? Dr. Aljzouli: As I said: war prisoners are either apostates and they are killed if they do not made tawbaa, they are klled for their abundant of Islam. The other type is the originally kaffr like the Christians the Islamic state now killing. These prisoners were held by the Islamic state for more than two years without touching them, but now they are killed as a reaction of bombardment of innocent Muslims which is very legitimate in Islam. This implies how qualified and care for the ummah are the leaders of the Islamic state. Journalist: But Daish is now fighting the Kurds?

8 Dr. Aljzouli: No that is not true, the Islamic state is fighting the (PKK), but this what the westerner media like to shape it, war between Arabs and Kurds, among the leaders and soldiers of Islamic state you will find Kurds. Journalist: What do you mean by (PKK)? Dr. Aljzouli: It is a Kurdish, secular, apostate, racist political party and it is within the alliance of kuffr and fighting on ground on behalf of the alliance. Journalist: The Islamic state is following smart military tactics in achieving victories? Dr. Aljzouli: yes that is true, the Islamic state must get rid of the enemy on ground so that the airstrike becomes useless, you cannot control cities unless you have boots on ground. Journalist: Why does Daish concentrate on capturing city of Kubani? Dr. Aljzouli: As I said before to get rid of the strategic partner of the alliance of kuffr on ground. Journalist: Based on what you say, Daish is being defaced in the international media? Dr. Aljzouli: It is the same old dirty way the west always following in presenting his enemies, as we all know they followed the same in presenting the rudeness and genocide in Darfur which were all lies done by Baroness Kockes. Journalist: Some people say that Daish is created by the intelligence agencies as well as Dr. Aljzouli himself? Dr. Aljzouli: Such accusation can be charged on any one, but they said the Islamic state is American mercenary and we saw that it captured Americans and slaughtered them, they said it is

9 Iranian mercenary and we say how it burns shitte rafida in Bagdad and Kadhimia, they said Saudi mercenary and now it is at the Saudi border. They said same accusation upon sheikh Osama bin Laden (rahimahu Allah). Even me, I can accuse you of being agent to the security authorities you came to interrogate me but as a journalist. For me I do not care for such accusation and thus should any one aim to serve Islam. Journalist: Does the west have other objectives rather than destroying Daish? Dr. Aljzouli: Absolutely, but now the strategic goal is to destroy the Islamic state that was formed in Unless the soldiers of Abu Mussab Alzargawi and Abu Bakr Albagdadi, the American troops would now be in Khartoum and Cairo. The mujahideen in Iraq make them stuck in the mud and blown away the dreams of George Bush and Gondaliza Rice Journalist: Who win at the end? Dr. Aljzouli: Now as everyone can see the peaceful democratic transition project has failed, while the Islamic jihadi project is succeeding. Boxes of election has taken Muslim Brotherhood to prison on the contrary to the boxes of ammunitions. The chief of Muslim Brotherhood Dr. Mohammed Badi e wrote a letter from prison admitting that they committed a big mistake by not using weapons to safe the power. Journalist: The issue of Muslim Brotherhood is different from the Islamic state? Dr. Aljzouli: Now in the eyes of the west we are all terrorist in spite of what these groups keeps giving up to be accepted by the Americans, but

10 this policy is working on gathering all Muslims together to fight the taghaut and practicing the motto of : al jihad sabilona (jihad is our only way). Journalist: If you really believed that much on Daish, why wouldn t you made hijra and joined them? Dr. Aljzouli: I wish I could do that, and I ask Allah to let me join them and become shahid (martyr) as one of their soldiers, but I am banned from traveling you can go and ask by yourself. Journalist: Have you tried? Dr. Aljzouli: Since the death of sheikh Osama bin Laden (rahimahu Allah) in 2/5/2010 I am banned from traveling abroad. When the let me do, they tell the intelligence of the country to which I am going in order to put me under surveillance. Sometimes they intelligence do so to fulfill certain goals such as: confuse the people around you if he was speaking truth why they let him. Sometimes they are afraid of making you a hero. Also they may let you to see if you have contact with hidden cells. But I am aware of all of that. Journalist: Now you are using western made products: such as internet, the watch,etc? Dr. Aljzouli: This is not our problem with the west, the problem is their ideas and thoughts. They want us to give up our ethics and ideas, they do not want us to live according to our religion. Journalist: But their ideas and thoughts has brought up these products? Dr. Aljzouli: There is a big difference between civilization as modern products, cities, roads, etc. and civilization as values and ethics. The prophet

11 Mohammed (peace be upon him) used the trench in one battle and this is a Persian tactic of war but he did not take any values or ethics in field of social system or economy. Journalist: How do you think the situation will come to end in sham? Dr. Aljzouli: The Islamic state has defeated the Iraqi army and reached sham and also conquered four major cities which shocked the entire world. The American strategy now is to make a political settlement in sham according to which Bashar give up power and create a dominant government including the Alwite, Kurds and Sunni, and all of them unified and fight the Islamic state. In Iraq they are working to unify the Sunni people of Anbar with the government of Alabadi, so that the sunni with the shitte fight together the Islamic state. These alliances do the work on ground and the Americans provide the airstrikes. Journalist: what bans that strategy? Dr. Aljzouli: The Iranian and the Russian refuse to abandon Bashar this may lead to the breakup of the alliance. The Islamic state strategy is to declare war on any possible alliance to the Americans on ground so that in the future when the American have their troops on ground, they would be the only enemy. And the Islamic state has a great experience in fighting the Americans. The beginning of the fall of the American legend is in Iraq so let us all be one line behind the Islamic state. Journalist: From where does Daish gets its weapons and arms? Dr. Aljzouli: The Sahawat (apostates) gets their weapons and arms from the American aid and the

12 Islamic state come, defeat them and take their weapons. Journalist: Honestly, do you believe in democracy? Dr. Aljzouli: No I do not believe in democracy. Journalist: Why? Dr. Aljzouli: Democracy contradicts Islam, in democracy the Hakimya (highest authority) is for the people, and in Islam the Hakimya is for Allah. Journalist: Democracy is the other face of Shura a? Dr. Aljzouli: This is confusion aimed by Ulmaa Sultan, there are (14) differences between Shura a and Democracy. The Democracy is based on the right of the people to choose who to rule them and what to rule them. If they decided to choose shar aa law then it becomes law and if not then it will be abandonant. There is nothing ما كان) contradicts tawhid more than democracy لمو من ولا مو منة اذا قضي الله ورسوله أمرا أن يكون لهم.(الخيرة من أمرهم Journalist: If the shar aa was the constitution of the ummah, what about the election of the president and hid program? Dr. Aljzouli: If the shar aa was the constitution and law and the people do not consult upon that, but other things this is shur aa. Journalist: Let me ask you about the seculars (almane en), do you refuse them to live and participate in the country? Dr. Aljzouli: Secularity is apostasy, if there is really Islamic constitution and law, and it is really implemented, any secular should be taken to court. Journalist: For what charge?

13 Dr. Aljzouli: For apostasy, for anyone denies that the Islamic system of economy, or the political system in Islam or anything else; he truly denies all verses in Quran and all hadith talks about that. Journalist: So you do not believe upon citizenship is the base for rights and duties? Dr. Aljzouli: There is a great difference between having rights and duties upon citizenship, and the equality of distribution of them upon citizenship. For example, Ahl-Zema (non Muslims within slamic state) have rights but they are not equal to that of Muslims and the Holy Quran said: أم حسب الذين إجترحوا السيي ات أن نجعلهم كالذين أمنوا).( وعملوا الصالحات سواء محياهم ومماتهم ساء ما يحكمون The Quran said the worst laws is that which equalize between Muslims and non Muslims and that are laws of Genève. Journalist: You want non Muslims to pay Jeziah? Dr. Aljzouli: I am not the one who said, it is the Quran and I do not feel shame of that. This my قاتلوا الذين لا يو منون ( said: ageida and the Quran بالله واليوم الا خر ولا يحرمون ماحرم الله ورسوله ولا يدينون دين الحق من الذين أوتوا الكتاب حتي يعطوا الجزية.( عن يد وهم صاغرون Journalist: But here in Sudan, the country is multi-ethic and multi-cultural? Dr. Aljzouli: Also the society in Almadina was multi-ethic and multi-cultural and the prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) ruled them with shar aa and we can do the same. Anyone talks about multi-ethic and multi-cultural society ask him about the way which the prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) ruled that society whether it was justice or not. If it is, then we can follow it,

14 or it is not then he denies the justify of the prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) and he became an apostate and the discussion takes another track. Journalist: If the Imam or governor committed a mistake, he cannot be touched as he represent the authority of God, what do you say? Dr. Aljzouli: In Islam we do not have theocratic system, the Imam is not ruling by the name of Allah but by the Holy Quran of Allah and the Sunnah of prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) which are known to anybody. So it is easy to distinguish where he committed a mistake and to how to judge him also upon them. Journalist: still you did not answer me, shall we stay calm in front of a cruel governor because he rule with shar aa? Dr. Aljzouli: There is no religion or civilization that encourage people to revolute against the cruelty rather than Islam, moreover the Islam considered the one killed by the cruel governor to be shahid not just ordinary shahid but the master of shuhad aa. Journalist: I don t mean if committed ma sia (sin) or ordered that I mean if we disagree with him in normal issues of life? Dr. Aljzouli: If the governor or Imam is shar ie (legitimate) and rule with shar aa laws and we disagree with him in normal evaluation of daily life things, we do not revolute against him. But if he ordered us with ma sia we do not obey, and if he changed the deen we fight him. Journalist: what If the policy of the governor resulted in starving the people? Dr. Aljzouli: If the starving of the people was as a

15 result of his wrong policy, then is cruelty for his people and they have the right to revolute against him. Journalist: If you are asked about the thoughts released by Alsadig Almahdi (Sudanese Politician) about the women and the international agreements? Dr. Aljzouli: I contradict them 100% and I do not consider them as ejtihad, for the ejtihad is based upon three basic rules: 1. Refer back to the Quran and Sunnah. 2. Follow unbiased methodology to come out with Hukm Shar ie. 3. Your understanding of the verses of Quran and sunnah is language inclusive. Upon that if reached the hag you are rewarded twice, and if not you are rewarded once. And I do not see anything of that in his thoughts. Journalist: The women have the right to vote, haven t they? Dr. Aljzouli: Surely they have, the women in Islam participated and voted to choose the Imam since the Khilafa Rashida, while in the west they were not allowed to vote until 1905 in France and at 1920 in America. Journalist: Isn t a right for women to be chosen as governor and to rule, is it? Dr. Aljzouli: A woman can never be chosen for Imama Kubra (Amir) but she can be chosen for executive positions. Journalist: Have you read the Tafseer Tawhidi for written by Hassan Alturabi (Sudanese thinker and

16 politician)? Dr. Aljzouli: Yes, I read it. Journalist: Do you agree with it? Dr. Aljzouli: I have very much notice on it. Journalist: How do you see his recent ejtihad? Dr. Aljzouli: Alturabi has some ejtihad based on verses of Quran and Sunnah and were said by other sheikhs before him, but the majority of his thoughts are just hallucinations and have nothing to do with Islam.
