3 In the name of Allah, the most gracious, the most merciful All praise be to Allah, the Owner of Power, the Most Strong, and prays and peace be upon who was sent with sword as a mercy to the worlds, to proceed; Allah SWT- said: {And those who were deemed weak shall say to those who were proud. Nay, (it was) planning by night and day when you told us to disbelieve in Allah and to set up likes with Him. And they shall conceal regret when they shall see the punishment; and We will put shackles on the necks of those who disbelieved; they shall not be requited but what they did} (34:33) The infidel west is triggering a relentless media campaign today against the Mujahidin of Islamic State in Iraq and Sham, and he made the tyrants channels and infidel horns everywhere subservient him in planning against Mujahidin and Muslims by night and day. And the conspicuous forms of this malignant campaign are: - First: accusing the Islamic State by bombing the Masjids in Iraqi-Sunni regions; An example of that: arresting an ordinary oppressed Muslim from Samarra, and cruising him in the street claiming that he is one of the State solders who bombed Mus ab bin Omair Masjid. But by the virtue of Allah- these accuse and slanders are no more fool Iraqi-Sunni people; because they now know the real methodology of the State, and that we are innocent from targeting Muslims or waste their bloods, and we never target Muslims or bomb their Masjids or markets anywhere, this is done by the Rawafidh (Shiites), with coordination and supervision of spiteful Safawi security, and support from their atheist references. And this campaign will not affect the State by Allah willing in Iraq; because the truth is clear now for ordinary Muslims, and they knew the truth of Rawafidh and the warfare with them, and they have distinguished between the Mujahidin and the devious traders by the name of Jihad, and the tribes started to re-support and accommodate the Mujahidin, and all enemy s tools failed to fell between the Mujahidin and ordinary Muslims, and failed to isolate and incite them. 4 buy pacts, positions and salaries temptation, false promises, arresting, killing, displacement of people, threatening, robbing, plundering and up to different violence and terrorism strategies. The support of Sunni people to Mujahidin in Iraq is obvious to anyone is observing Iraqi scene, and a good evidence for that is the continuous escalation; because the escalation will not happen unless Muslims houses are open for the Mujahidin. - The second form of this campaign; being reticent about State battles, activities and achievements: An Example for that in Iraq: The media coverage of At-Taji and Abi Ghuraib prisons breaking in battle which was shy and timidly coverage, while it was a unique battle, and one of the biggest and most complicated operations, add to that a lot of prisoners were freed, while a big propaganda will take place if other party freed a captive here or there. An example of this reticent in Sham: - If the State conducted an operation and it allowed other faction to participate in this operation; the media will ascribe this operation to that faction without mentioning the State name ever, an example for that: Ascribing Mennag airport liberation in the countryside of Halab to the free army, although the preparing, planning and executing of the operation were by the State, with limited participation of some of free army soldiers, and the media didn t mention the State name ever, until the spokesmen from Secularism Chiefs of Staff showed up from their camp hotels adopting the operation with all the insolence! - But if the operation was done completely by the State; then it will not be mentioned ever in the media, and if one journalist get stuck by mentioning one by mistake, it will passes unnoticed with all shy, example for that: The Islamic State campaign in eastern countryside of Hamah, where several villages were freed, several Nusairi security barriers were smashed, breaking in several big military sites and looting their weapons depots, and these sites known by Der Hamah, and this operation was 4 [May Allah Be With You O Oppressed State]

5 not mentioned while it is a big battle, and it considered as the beginning of back breaking of Nusairiya in Hamah. - Third: other form of this campaign against the State; is when any problem happen with the State, the media publish it immediately even before the State leaders know about it. And they dramatize and exaggerate what happen and it will be the media talk for several days, no matter how small it was, or even it happened for few hours, they will never let it go; and they keep mentioning it in every occasion and event. While other factions, battalion and brigade are fighting with each other for day, and it never being mentioned, and nobody knows about it, although there is people killed and wounded! And if we did a comparison between the number of the problems or fighting cases that happened between the State and other parties and the number of the ones happened between an entity and other entities; everybody will be surprised because the number of problems and fighting cases between the State and factions are much less that other statistics, and we have the proofs and evidences for that. - Fourth: stirring the facts and accusing the State with a void accuses; as claiming that the State is languishing in the freed regions, and stabbing the free army from behind to stop him from forwarding in the fronts, while it is vice versa. An example for that: - What was done by who are known by Ahfad Ar-Rasol brigades; where they opened a front in Ar-Riqa and Deer Az-Zour; after the Islamic State forces were advanced in the countryside of Lathiqiya until they reached the outskirt of Kerdaha the Nusairi s origin. - And what was done by what known by Asefat Al-Shamal battalion in E zaz city, they opened a front in northern countryside of Halab, after the State forces were advanced in the countryside of Hamah, and they destroyed the Nusairi s shield there. - Fifth: accusing the Islamic State that it doesn t recognize anybody and wants to exclude everybody: 5 [May Allah Be With You O Oppressed State]

6 And this is also stirring the facts; it is vice versa, the greedy ones who want to exclude the State are a lot; and this is because of defected methodology or doctrine, or they are greedy about leadership and life wreck, and the third type: They envied the young man because they couldn t be like him So the people became his enemies and foes Like the dugs of a beauty; where they say about her face It is vilified because of their envy Everybody must know that; we swear by Allah that we never want to exclude anybody, and if one asked why we are away from most of factions; that is because every day one of us is chosen, however, anybody walked for us a step then we will go to him in hurry, and if somebody open his hand for us then we will hug him. - Sixth: the infidels wagered that the State will fight the ones who separated from it, and they made the people pictured that fighting is taking place and bloods are flowing, while there was no single drop by virtue of Allah-, although the reasons for fighting are present; The things that infuriated the infidels and proved for everybody that all accuses pointed to the State are invalid, like fighting and killing anyone contravene with it, invalidate the pledge of allegiance or get out of its obedience. - Seventh: they made the people picturing that the State kill Muslims and it will cut heads, whip backs and strip the skins. And it did fight the factions in Iraq and it killed them, and they will do the same thing in Sham, and this is a failed strategy which was the cause to form the Sahwa and apostasy of the most of the factions, all glory due to Allah! For all of that accuses, we already responded to them previously. And for our fighting with what known by the brigades and battalions of Ahfad Ar-Rasol, Asefat Al-Shamal and Helf Al-Fudhol from armed factions: 6 [May Allah Be With You O Oppressed State]

7 We swear by Allah that we didn t assault anyone of them and didn t begin to fight anyone of them, and we were tolerant to them and other and we still are, despite that they are in cahoots with the crusaders and have signed to fight us, and we have the conclusive evidence for that, and despite of all the provocations that occurred from them to the mujahidin and abuses against the religion and Muslims. As for who are known as Ahfad Al-Rasoul Brigades their evil is not hidden to the Muslims, even that the public call them Ahfad Al-Rais grandsons of the president, and their commander visited France, and returned with an agreement, plan and financial and arms support, to fight the Islamic State in particular and the mujahidin in general, it begins in Ar- Raqqah since it is one of the strongholds of the State -, so they did their best to provoke the soldiers of the State and push them to begin the fighting: - insulting the Lord Almighty in public and through the radio devices. - mocking the religion. - forcing the people to do vices like arresting a Muslim and forcing him to drink alcohol. - Assaulting the soldiers of the State several times, and firing at them and wounding them. Despite of all that we were tolerant and patient towards them, until they thought our tolerance weakness and patience inability, so they killed two of our soldiers and captured and wounded three others, beginning to fight us, declaring their war against us, but Allah returned their cunning to them, so the men of the soldiers attacked them to repel their evil and deter their oppression, so they cleaned the land of Ar-Raqqah from them, and we are still tolerant towards them in the other region, maybe they leave their oppression. And as for who known as Asifat Al-Shamal also everyone knows their wickedness and evil, and everyone know of their receiving of the American pig John McCain whom they agreed with him to fight the State and war against the mujahidin, and also they smuggled the Nusayri tanks that used to shell the Muslims from Mannag airport when the soldiers of the State stormed it, and their recent desperate defending of the crusader spy and 7 [May Allah Be With You O Oppressed State]

8 beginning to fight us because of him, when the soldiers of the State caught in his camera a recording for the centers and locations of the State in light of the speaking about an American strike. This ferocious media campaign against the State has evil goals: Throwing more false accusations at the State, to make the Muslims leave it and inciting them against it, and distort its image and reputation outside, to cut its links, tributary and support from the Ummah Causing a Fitnah between the State and the armed factions, and especially the factions of the Free Army Working to underestimate the Islamic State and its force and effect on the ground, by ignoring its work, actions and concealing it, and highlighting some of factions and exaggerating its size and magnifying them in the media, to make from them equals to the State Causing a rift and crack between the Muhajirin and Ansar, and portraying the Muhajirin that they are corrupt perversive strangers And from the most evil goals of this campaign, preparing the Muslims for launching a war against the mujahidin, since the frequent accusations against the mujahidin in general and the Islamic State in particular, and continuously portraying of it that it is deviant, corrupt and criminal, and the complicity of all the channels of the Kufr and its mouthpieces on that, by time will effect on the souls, which will decrease the Muslims support to the mujahidin, and paves for striking the State and launching a special crusade against it when the mujahidin get empowerment and the failure of the crusaders to form Sahawat in Al-Sham, or strengthening them, or finding a strong proxy from the apostates to fight by them the mujahidin. Based on the foregoing we say: - Firstly: we have responded and will respond to everything that we are accused of and fabricated against us, so who wants to be just let him fear Allah in us, and let him judge us from our statements, publications and speeches, or from a Sharia evidence where he proofs the opposite 8 [May Allah Be With You O Oppressed State]

9 of what we claim, not from how we are portrayed in the media of our enemy, or what he hears from the tyrants of its mouthpieces, and not from the testimonies of one of our opponents. Even the channels of the tyrants that fight the Rawafid by order from the tyrants and for the sake of their interests are fair to the Rafidah, it uses evidence against them from their books, mouths and sources, while accusations are thrown at the Islamic State falsely without proof! So let who goes out in the satellite TVs and in the forums, and gives statements and twits in the social networking websites judging us be just towards us, he would consider us wrong and criminal when he is away from the event, away from the truth, without hearing from the owner of the case?! May Allah be with you O Islamic State! May Allah be with you O oppressed State! The Muslims were fair to their enemies and refused to be fair towards you except a few! - Secondly: we would like to clarify here a misconception that always have been raised in this campaign, by saying that the people are Kuffar in origin, which is from the Bida a of the Kharijites of our time, the State is innocent from this saying, and in its Aqeeda and methodology and what it believes in it before Allah that the Ahli Sunnah in Iraq and Al-Sham in general are Muslims, we do not declare the Kufr of anyone except whom his apostasy is proven to us by Sharia evidence of peremptory indication and peremptory proof. And whom we find from the soldiers of the State saying this Bida a we teach and educate and explain to him, and if he didn t refrain we berate him, and if he didn t refrain we expel him from our ranks and disown from him, and we have done this many times with Ansar and Muhajirin. - Thirdly: The Islamic State doesn t fear in Allah the blame of the blamer in what it believes in before Allah, it never concealed a truth, and never showed adulation and we remind and confirm that we didn t 9 [May Allah Be With You O Oppressed State]

(Arabic poetry) I will return evil to the people of evil and to the peaceful I m more servile than the earth We do not fight whom his apostasy has been proven to us except if he began to fight us with war and fighting, as we have done with the leadership of what is known as Hilf Al-Fudul in Hazan and Idlib countryside, who signed with the crusaders to fight us, and shed our blood, and mobilize the people against us, and incite them to fight us day and night, and gathers signatures for that, claiming that we are Kharijites! And Allah knows that except for the Nusayris we didn t fight anyone in Al-Sham willingly, moreover since it is a wisdom to neutralize enemies and reduce the fronts, and it is a stupidity to open several fronts and fight all people, also we were sad on the bullet shot from any faction against other than the Nusayris that it wasn t aimed at the Jews and crusaders, and we swear by Allah that we won t assault anyone as long as he didn t assault us. As for the individual judgments and actions and mistakes no one can control it and totally prevent it in the ranks of a whole army, and it was present even in the army of the prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and who proves on us an injustice here is our money, and here are our backs, and here are our necks submissive to the Sharia of Allah, from the Amir of the State, to the smallest soldier, and the contact channels are open, and our headquarters are known. - Fourthly: we remind all the armed factions in Syria, and on top of them the factions of the Free Army that the goal of this hideous media campaign against the Islamic State is cause a Fitnah and make us fight each other, so be alerted and cautious, and beware from believing these channels and mouthpieces and be dragged behind it. 10 [May Allah Be With You O Oppressed State]

11 - Fifthly: America and its allies after the harsh lessons that they received in Afghanistan and Iraq became certain of their inability in the direct confrontation with the mujahidin, so they have to have an agent to fight his people behind him. And Obama have said that in his latest meeting in the United Nations, and he demanded the support of factions to stand in the face of the mujahidin whom he called the extremists. America learned from its lessons in fighting the mujahidin, and realized that what it spends on the Sahawat and supporting the agents will not cost tenth of the tenth of the tenth of what the direct confrontation will cost, so it worked and is still working day and night to form Sahawat and recruit agents, by pumping money and distributing posts. You must know O my Ummah, this is what formed the Sahawat in Iraq, and this is what will form it now in Al-Sham, and no wise man can believe that all these factions present in Al-Sham have gone out for sake of Allah or support the oppressed, rather among these factions whom the people have no doubt that he is from the Shabiha of the regime and his supports, and weak souls, ignorant and deviants who are easy to be tempted and deceived, like what is known as Al-Nasr Brigade in Al-Bab city in Aleppo countryside, which used to keep the chips for the Nusayri and Iranian warplanes to shell the headquarters and gatherings of the Muslims, but Allah disgraced them and gave empowerment to the mujahidin. Let everyone know, that the mujahidin will be victorious Allah willing, and no agent Sahawat or lethal weapons will stand in their face, and the ranks should be distinguished, and they won t be distinguished except by the Fitn, Allah Almighty says: (Alif Lam Mim -1- Do men think that they will be left alone on saying, We believe, and not be tried? -2- And certainly We tried those before them, so Allah will certainly know those who are true and He will certainly know the liars -3-) Surah Al- Ankaboot. And the Almighty says: (And We bring these days to men by turns, and that Allah may know those who believe and take witnesses from among you; and Allah does not love the unjust And that He may purge those who believe and deprive the unbelievers of blessings [May Allah Be With You O Oppressed State]

12 Do you think that you will enter the garden while Allah has not yet known those who strive hard from among you, and (He has not) known the patient -142-) Surah Aal-e-Imran. O Allah who wants to harm Islam and Muslims then take him you are the Mighty, the Powerful. O Allah who falsely fabricated against the mujahidin expose him in front of the people, and shut the tongues, and who plots against them return his cunning to him, and his perishing in his cunning. O Allah who unlawfully shed the blood of a man cut his hand and break his back, and make him a lesson for others. La Ilaha Ila Anta Subhanak you know the corrupter from the reformer. La Ilaha Ila Anta Subhanak nothing is hidden on you on the earth and in the sky. And peace and blessings be upon our prophet Mohammad, and upon his household, companions.
