COURSE DESCRIPTION: Students will learn and understand the message of Allah. They will learn the recitation of Qur an according to the Tajweed rules. They will learn the importance of Hadeeth. Students will learn about the teachings of Islam and character building techniques according to the teachings of Islam. Students will learn about historical events and battles of Islam. GENERAL COURSE LEARNING OBJECTIVES: Learn and memorize surah, understand the meanings of surah Learn hadeeth and implement in daily life learn character building techniques according to the teachings of Islam Learn about Islamic historical events and learn lesson from those events 1
2 identify the nations that Prophet invited to Islam outside the Arabia, and appreciate the value of sharing the beautiful message of Islam with others to know the story of Ummu Habeebah, learn basic information about how a marriage contract is performed in Islam Learn that Muslims should treat non-muslims in a kind manner, and Muslims should not take hostile non-muslims as friends or confidants Learn the Islamic Etiquette of Clothing and the concept of Awrah in Islam Learn the importance of Sadaqah and Zakah in Islam Learn the importance of women in Islamic society I.
