ISAAC S Church Flowers To make a donation to offset the cost of flowers in the Sanctuary every week contact Carol Friel at the Rectory Office. Jolly Jogues - Members will be visiting the IHM Sisters at Camilla Hall, Immaculata, PA on Thursday October 18 th, for an afternoon of Bingo (40 to 50 Sisters). The Sisters especially appreciate a gift of cash $5-$10-$20 place in an envelope marked Camilla Hall Bingo, candy, stuffed & animals. Leave all gifts at the Rectory Office or bring the day of the event. We have a Pizza luncheon in the Parish Hall at 11:30 am. Cost $3.00 a person or bring a bag lunch. Adult Formation - Called out of the World Tuesday, October 9 th, in the Parish Hall 7 to 8:30 pm. In this session with Bishop Barron, we learn about the importance of the gathering the community for Mass and explore the Introductory rites. All are welcome to join us for this video presentation and discussion to follow. A workbook is available as a companion to the series for $25, but there is no cost for the program itself. Refreshments will be served. Chapel Upgrade In preparation for the upgrade of the Chapel, we will close the Chapel at 3:00 pm on Monday, October 15 th. Work will begin on Tuesday, October 16 th. The 8:00 am Mass will be held in the Church with Exposition following and ending at 11:45 am (Monday Friday). The Church will remain open until 5:30 pm for Prayer before the tabernacle. Tentative date for the Chapel to re-open is Monday, October 29 th. Save the Date - As part of our Feast Day celebration we will have a talk on Wednesday, October 17 th, at 7:00 pm in the Parish Hall. Speaker will be Fr. Patrick Brady, Scripture Professor at St. Charles Seminary. Doors will open at 6:30 pm. Refreshments will be served before and after the talk. This is an annual national silent prayer vigil. We will meet at the CVS Pharmacy in Paoli from 2:30PM-3:30 PM. Please join this important event for life. You can stand or sit and pro-life signs will be provided. For more information, contact: Holy Hour for Life - Every Monday the Legion of Mary will lead a Holy Hour for Life from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm in the Chapel. We will pray three mysteries of the Rosary for an overturn of abortion and for protection of life from conception to natural death. FALL 40 Days for LIFE: Respect Life Ministry-The Fall 40 Days for Life Campaign begins on Wednesday, September 26 th and ends on, November 4 th. The mission of the campaign is to bring together the body of Christ in a spirit of unity during a focused 40 day campaign of prayer, fasting and peaceful activism In Chester County, each parish can be assigned a day, during the 40 days, for a prayerful vigil in front of Planned Parenthood in West Chester. Our viewership is rising steadily and we look forward to future opportunities to expand our ministry through Priests for Life TV.
