7 Why we measure God measures We are responsible for healthy staff and volunteers We are responsible to plant healthy churches We do not want to work in vain

8 Measurements (from GACX Framework) Identify the gap: neighborhoods, villages and people groups with no church or missional community. 1. Leaders Number of people who have started and leading churches and missional communities 2. Churches Number, geographic locations, generational connections and languages of churches and missional communities 3. Believers Number of believers worshipping God in those churches and missional communities

10 Interview Responses Simple. Fast. Easy. Trust is critical. Have a feedback loop. Lack of time. Most church planters are forward thinking and want reach the next people. They don t value administrative tasks. Currently reporting needs are donor-driven (images, stories, video). Reporting should be helpful for data-driven strategic planning on the field. Connectivity and access to technology is a big barrier. Celebrate the activity, not just the outcomes.
