I interact with employees on many levels within our organization, plus I also interact with business leaders in the financial system and others in the political arena. Ways you can support me: I want to be open to God s will in these interactions and seek prayer for guidance. One of my challenges is to understand His timing and be available when called. I want to help others be successful at what God is calling them to, to encourage growth for those who already know Christ as well as those who don t, and to point people to what is Kingdombuilding in their lives. I could use helpers to read with students and perform clerical tasks.

I am a professional cosmetologist at Evergreen Fountains. I sometimes need licensed cosmetologists to fill in for me so I can take time off. Also, pray for my clients, as many of them are concerned about their families and for strength for me.

Until June I will be serving as the PTSA President at Liberty Lake Elementary. I m currently exploring other ways to serve the Liberty Lake community once my time on the PTSA wraps up. 9 FLOYD & MARIE RUPERT To whom do you feel called to serve? We have been coming alongside those who have been diagnosed with mental illness and their families. We lead a twicemonthly support group here in the Valley for these individuals. We also do what we can to help educate others about mental illness. Ways to Support Us: Pray for strength Pray for our children, both biological and adopted Maintain an open heart toward all people. We want our friends who have mental illness to feel welcome if they come to OCF. Refer people to our support group if you discover they or someone they love is dealing with mental illness. I feel called to serve wherever I am: in my neighborhood, at Gonzaga, through my kids activities, and at OCF. A big part of how I serve is through helping others find ways to serve. The students from Area 51 Youth Ministries Pray that I can help the students and for wisdom and protection as I work with them.

12 MACK REYNOLDS Who has God placed on your heart to serve? Both aspects of my mission field involve veterans. I volunteer twice a week at the VA's Community Living Center which provides long-term and hospice care. I'm also the Deputy Representative for a Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) District. I assist with various functions put on by the VFW. Pray. Volunteer. It would be neat to have a musician or two come to play and/or sing to the patients at the VA. Some patients might enjoy having someone read to them. If you are interested in volunteering let me know and I will connect you with the activity directors there. As someone who has survived cancer, I feel like God can use me to share hope with people who are currently dealing with it. One way I do this is by serving as a volunteer at Valley Hospital.
