3 Most merciful God, we confess that we are by nature sinful and unclean. We have sinned against You in thought, word and deed, by what we have done and by what we have left undone. We have not loved You with our whole heart; we have not loved our neighbors as ourselves. We justly deserve Your present and eternal punishment. For the sake of Your Son, Jesus Christ, have mercy on us. Forgive us, renew us, and lead us so that we may delight in Your will and walk in Your ways to the glory of Your holy name. Amen. Please pick yours up when you leave if you haven t already. We will be serving at Immanuel for the Bread and Roses on December 27 th. Donation slip is on the table in the narthex. So if you want to work or donate food just sign your name. There are some Christmas lights lying on the table in the narthex. If anyone is interested in taking some or all of them please feel free. 7

8 At our Council Meeting this past Thursday the thought of omitting offering envelopes was discussed. Because of the many people that only submit envelopes once a month and with the continuing increase of cost to have these printed it was brought up to have plain white letter envelopes put in the pews and members can fill them out before the service or if they want they could take a couple of them home to fill out. We would like your opinion on this if anyone would not like this idea or if you think this would be a good idea. Please let me know your thoughts.
