God's promise to her will stand fast forever. He will make her an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations. Truth, passing by those who despise and reject it, will triumph. Although at times apparently retarded, its progress has never been checked. When the message of God meets with opposition, He gives it additional force, that it may exert greater influence. 4 Hayward Adventist Church Men s Ministry Needs Volunteers for Jasmin Reed Jasmin, Dennis Reed's wife, will have an 8-hour surgery next Thursday, Oct.4 th. She is asking for prayers that the Lord will be with her through it and that the surgery is successful. And most of all that the Lord to remove her fear and worry. 5 The Spanish SDA Church is currently organizing a fundraiser to help the family with funeral expenses. The pupusas/ tamales food sale and car wash will be for the purpose of raising funds for funeral expenses, and will be held this Sunday morning, September 30. The Carrillo and Ramirez family are so grateful for all the prayers and support they have received from friends, family and church family during this difficult time. Ramirez, 60 years old. Narcisso passed away in his sleep this last Sunday, September 23, while Yair, Alicia, Natalia and Andrea were celebrating Yair s birthday. Narcisso s sudden passing came as quite a shock for the family, but they have amazing faith in God and in His power to heal and comfort them. Narcisso is the father of Yair Carrillo, father-in law to Alicia Carrillo, (who regularly attends our Hayward SDA Church and is currently preparing for Baptism at our church) and grandfather to Natalia and Andrea Carrillo who attend our Bayside School. Narcisso attended and served the Spanish SDA Church as a Deacon for 32 years and as Head Deacon for 10 years. Narcisso was greatly loved by his family and church family.
