This scientifically researched health restoration program meets Tuesdays and Thursdays for a total of 8 sessions, ending February 15 th. It includes lifestyle principles that prevent and reverse disease through natural methods. This is a great series to learn the basics of meal planning and cooking with plant foods. This offering goes toward: (1) helping individuals address issues related to matters of conscience in the workplace and elsewhere, (2) protecting and enhancing our freedoms through the legislative arena, and (3) providing free Liberty Magazine subscriptions to thought leaders in our community and in federal, state and local governments.
