Thank you to all those who support this project Summer Mission Trip An Adventure to Encounter God To seek [God is] the greatest adventure; to find him the greatest human achievement. St. Augustine This summer we are planning a service mission trip to Billings, MT. This trip is designed to allow our youth to become missionaries of service to a community in need. They will spend the week to home repair projects, painting, building wheel chair ramps, working in food pantries, or helping to run a camp for kids in need. This trip, infused with faith and prayer, also brings to those we serve the joyful accompaniment and encouragement more than the external work that is done. Resident s (the hosts of the projects) are often moved to tears by the week s end at the great kindness and affection that they have received along with the work. The teens themselves bond in Christian faith through the travel, excellent night-time programs (with music, dancing, games, faith sharing, and more), service, and group prayer. Meeting 200 other teens from around the country and even just bonding with our own group, the community of faith grows. This trip will allow our students the opportunity to see the Midwest, enjoy White Water Rafting in the Yellowstone River, see the Badlands of South Dakota and so much more. All students currently in Grade 7 or above are welcome to join the adventure, contact Matt Marchand at or mmarchand@ccsbparish.org Worldwide Marriage Encounter Worldwide Marriage Encounter Weekend. next Weekends are Dec 7-9, 2018 in Duxbury, MA and Jan 18-20, 2019 in South Kingstown, RI.
