The annual Ecumenical Thanksgiving Service will be held this year here in St. Augustine s Church on Tuesday, November 24 at 7:30 p.m. Members of the various Protestant churches and synagogues in New City and Clarkstown have been invited to participate in this annual event.

BOOK DISCUSSION A book discussion will be held on Wednesday evening December 2nd and 9th on The Four Signs of a Dynamic Catholic by Matthew Kelly.

The author guides his readers to learn the research-based practical steps that will enrich the spiritual life of the individual as well as the parish.

Adult Faith Formation Book Testimony Our lives are so busy with family, friends and work; sometimes we barely have a minute to ourselves and then the day is over.

He says to start with just a minute of quiet, alone prayer at a dedicated time and space. So, I thought I'd give it a try, and it works! My days start on a better note.

It is the one time in the year when we gather as one religious community of faith. We hope that you will be able to join us as a wonderful preparation for your Thanksgiving celebration. Additional books have arrived and are available for purchase after mass and at the Parish office for $5.00.
