It was a major project! Volunteers helped pick up and put the trees into place, some helped move the stable from the barn and others came and worked throughout the day December 23 rd to help get everything ready for Christmas... and then people helped on January 3 rd to take everything down and put it away. None of this would have been possible without such dedicated volunteers. Our parish is blessed in many ways, but especially in its volunteers! Thank you. Vigil for Life is on Thursday, January 21 downtown at Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral. We will meet at St. Michael and caravan downtown. Doors open at 6:30 P.M. and music by Matt Faley begins at 7:15. The evening includes a reflection from Archbishop Tobin, Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, a Eucharistic Procession, and an opportunity for reconciliation. Registration is due by Monday, January 18th. 2. Waves of Mercy Youth Rally will be held on Saturday, Feb. 6 from 1:00-8:00 P.M. at Roncalli H.S. This event is open to all students in grades 6-8. The $30 fee includes a t-shirt, dinner and a live concert by We Are Leo. Mass will also be celebrated. Registration is due by Friday, January 22nd. 3. A retreat for all Archdiocesan high school seniors will be held Feb at Camp Rancho Framasa in Nashville, IN. This retreat focuses on high school seniors that have not had an opportunity to attend a senior retreat through their high school.
