3 Bishop O Dowd #3474 ST. THOMAS OF CANTERBURY CATHOLIC CHURCH 1522 McCoy Ave, San Jose, California GREAT Thanks to our wonderful food committee, Anna Catalana and Vicki Schwoob! Additionally all the ladies who baked the delicious scones. Anna's round chicken and ham sandwiches were wonderful, Our President, Janeth made her scrumptious veggie sandwich and the pesto heart with tomato. Anna Jimodo made the pimento sandwiches. The scone bakers all did a stupendous job. Great Work Ladies. Co Chairs for the tea were Brenda Lis And Becky LoBue. WOW, thank you for all your work, planning and coordination with St. Mary's. Lots of challenges, but you two stepped up to the plate. Thanks to Vic LoBue and his crew getting the blue panels and the lights up!!! And Then, THE MEN BECAME SERVERS!!!! BRAVO!!

4 St Anthony's # St. Anthony Catholic Church 971 O'Hara Avenue Oakley, California Freedom Fest table at Freedom High School on May 2nd. Pictures are of Libby, Patty Loosli, Liz Avelos (parental advisor of the Squirettes) and her daughter Aubrey a squirette. We raffled off a family night basket and the proceeds went to the Squirettes backpack fund raiser. Liz and Aubrey are in purple polo shirts

5 St Elizabeth Ann Seton # S Grove Ave Ontario, CA Some of our activities included: Bake sale fund raiser. We used the proceeds to purchase Bibles for our Confirmation students. Christmas adopt-a-family. We helped make Christmas special for a family with 3 girls, an 11 year-old and 7 year-old twins. We assisted our Knights in the annual Mardi Gras party in February

7 St. Ignatius of Loyola #12853 Holy Family Catholic Church 4848 Pearl Avenue San Jose, CA Columbiettes aided the Knight s of Columbus at their Annual Veteran s Administration BBQ by providing desserts to hospitalized veterans. Martha Williams prepares to serve desserts. Columbiettes and Knights banners at the V.A. The general membership voted for the following officers for next fiscal year: President Delana Romero Vice President Jan Pfiffner Secretary Martha Williams Treasurer LouAnn Gruber We held a first degree installation at our May meeting and welcomed two new sisters Noelle Jachimiec and Sandie Hesler to the Columbiettes.

8 Saint Junipero Serra #9498 Mission San Diego de Alcalá San Diego Mission Rd San Diego, CA SAINT JUNIPERO SERRA 9498 COLUMBIETTES Well in the month of May Charlene Delgado headed up this activity and we had about 6 ladies helping to hand make about 150 corsages for mother s day. After each Mass we asked for donations for the corsages. After 4 Masses we ran out. Very successful. We will defiantly do this next year. Thanks Charlene great Job!

9 All Saints #1629 All Saints Parish 504 2nd Street SW Puyallup, WA All the great work the Knights of Columbus and the Columbiettes with these fund raiser breakfast these past 8 months has equaled to happy feed parishioners. Thousands of dollars donated to several charities in the Puyallup area. We help people. Thank you all who have helped, worked donated, ate, fellowshipped, joined, organized, made new friends, new connections, and found a love for Working for CHARITY!!!

O Little Flower of Jesus, ask God to grant the favors I now place with confidence in your hands.. For those effected by Fire and Flood For our sister Columbiettes and their families For Gerry Zelner and his family For Mike & Terrie Mullich A Columbiette Garden First plant three rows of peas: Perseverance, politeness and prayer. Next to them plant three rows of squash: Squash gossip, squash selfishness and squash indifference. Then plant three rows of lettuce: Let us be loyal, let us be truthful and let us love one another. And no garden is complete without turnips: Turn up for work, turn up for meetings and turn up with a smile. St. Theresa, help me to always believe as you did in God's great love for me, so that I might imitate your "Little Way" each day. Amen.
