Expenses and/or alterations outside the perimeters of the estimate will be billed at an hourly rate of $35.00/hr. Firegal Enterprises, LLC is obligated to discuss charges with the client before any expenses are incurred. If the project is canceled by the client after any phase has commenced, Firegal Enterprises, LLC will retain the design fee for that phase and will receive reimbursement for expenses incurred to that date. Upon payment in full, ownership of the approved designs will rest with the client. The client gives permission for promotional use by Firegal Enterprises, LLC.
