11 Ministry Team During 2008, our Ministry Team ministered to over 19,000 people in six nations, and the growth projected in 2009 and beyond is exponential! Our Vision is to build a prophetic team that will speak into the lives of individuals and the Church corporately. Our goal is to see 7 significant prophetic ministries raised up and released by Our desire is to encourage every person to hear God clearly, submit to Him fully and obey Him boldly. 16 Many Nations God has laid the nations of the world on our hearts. In 2009 we are ministering in The UK, The Netherlands, The USA, Uganda, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Cambodia and New Zealand. We have received many requests from other nations and we look forward to speaking into the life of these churches in years to come. Our focus is on pastors and leaders with the intention of maximising the potential for the seed to bear much fruit. We have seen the impact on a church when the leaders have been powerfully equipped and encouraged. Several of these relationships are with denominational leaders in a country and we rejoice as the message is passed on to many churches and leaders. Many of these nations are inviting us back and we are seeing wonderful ongoing relationships formed. 17 Rural Impact There are many wonderful men and women of God around rural Australia who are making a significant difference for the Kingdom of God. They are fulfilling their call and their commission. We want to acknowledge and commend them as faithful servants of God. Many of these churches are in remote parts of Australia and this limits their ability to bring in visiting ministry, attend conferences, and to access resources. The mission of Rural Impact is to sow into the spiritual health of pastors and their churches in rural Australia. We will accomplish this by making ministry and resources available FREE of financial obligation. This will happen as a result of relationships being developed with pastors and communities in rural Australia. By financially and prayerfully supporting our heart for rural Australia, you will be enabling us to continue providing obligation free ongoing support to rural pastors and their churches. 18 Future Facilities Only a few years ago, David & Margaret were operating out of a single room office in their home. God had plans for growth and blessed us with our current facilities here at Avonwood (Melbourne, Australia). We now have two homes on a beautiful acre of land with one of the homes solely used as offices for our growing staff. Our intention was for this to last us indefinitely. God s intention is for something much larger. God has spoken clearly about our next premises, which we believe will be our base for many years to come. David sees a place with room for many offices, training rooms for various courses, a prayer chapel, beautiful grounds and a lake. Many who have attended courses at Avonwood have commented on its beauty and the peace they feel here. We want to carry this over into the new premises and supply a place where many people come and meet God in a very personal way. We see our next premises as a place where so much more is accomplished!
