They are built successively upon each other, carrying information upwards. You need ALL your chakras to be fully ALIVE to live your life purpose. What We Learn in Our First Chakra Womb through birth through childhood is experienced as REALITY, unquestioned truth, about you, world, God, people. It is 100 percent verified and agreed to by your parents at a belief level and in the intensity of their experiences and reactions. Becomes the foundational truth / reality that all the other chakras (or your levels of consciousness) are built upon. (Even your seventh chakra!) This leads to these First Chakra questions: Is it safe to be ME, to be on this planet w/ these people? Am I supposed to be here? Do I WANT to be here? Am I the REAL ME wanted here? Can I survive and take care of myself? Is my body deserving of care, love, honoring, and respect? Am I valuable as I am? Am I deserving of love and having things?

2 Answers to Those Questions Become Your Truth It s the foundational truth and reality that all of your defenses are built upon. You DEFENSES become one with your foundational truth and reality. Held as REALITY, unquestioned truth about you, the world, God, people, and what s possible. Becomes the foundational truth and reality that all the other chakras (your levels of consciousness) are built on. (that is why it is such a blind spot) Dark base under the smartest or most righteous mind, the most critical or scientific thinking. This means that: They will be vehemently argued as true by a protective side of you. Your nervous system becomes wired according to this reality. Your Subconscious mind holds these truths as THE PRESENT MOMENT, always happening, repeating, same with different players. Your Subconscious mind holds these truths as THE CERTAIN FUTURE, always happening, repeating, the same and always will be. The First chakra sets and controls the nervous system wiring / fight or flight response triggering and subconscious mind! Then the other six chakras develop at specific ages and stages, each with its own unique energy, level of consciousness, and SPECIAL gifts for you and every part of your being, and PERFECTLY, DIVINELY suited for your EXACT life purpose. BUT, each is built on the First Chakra foundation. So each QUESTION and the ANSWER EXPERIENCE that became truth / reality is filtered upward to either NOURISH or CONTAMINATE each chakra in succession. The Separation Begins As untruths rise up the system as truth, we chose which parts of us are acceptable and which parts need to be pushed into the shadow because they are NOT safe, acceptable, wanted, loveable, or helpful. Knowing This, the Chakras Become a Powerful Map for Healing AND Enhancing/Increasing Passion, Charisma and Personal Power You can trace every issue up through the chakras and down through the chakras. You can take a first chakra issue and KNOW with an uncanny degree of accuracy what a client is likely doing and experiences internally and in their life at the six other chakras. You can take a client s reaction to life circumstances and KNOW with an uncanny degree of accuracy what earlier life experiences need to be healed at the lower chakras You can go beyond healing trauma by leading into the blind spots and shadow sides of the lower chakras to unleash more lower-self energy.

3 Presence & Power in the First Chakra With a strong first chakra, you have a powerful presence and easily manifest and magnetize physical resources, opportunities, and wealth. Healing Issues Caused by a Weak First Chakra Difficulty getting into action. Spinning in head with frenetic thoughts. Anxious energy from mild to panic attacks. Rejection of or disappointment in your physical body. Difficulty being aware of your body s signals of stress, hunger, exhaustion. Leaving your body and zoning out. Dreaming of big goals that never manifest. Difficulty creating the time or habit for nutrition and self-care. Difficulty dealing with concrete tasks like money management, organization, or finishing projects. Benefits of a Strong First Chakra 1. Healing Issues Caused by a Weak Second Chakra Difficulty truly owning your power. Feel guilty or anxious about being too powerful or too attractive. Living the vow to never be angry, so anger is pushed down and becomes frustration or depression. Or angry and in battle all the time with others and/or with self in form of self-sabotage. Thinking your feelings instead of really feeling them. Have difficulty feeling joy and connection. Pattern of total fear and avoidance of vulnerability due to expecting betrayal and abandonment. Shutdown sexual energy and/or periods of excessive sexual energy. Benefits of a Strong Second Chakra 1. Healing Issues Caused by a Weak Third Chakra Struggle with feeling stuck all the time. Fear and avoidance of really stepping up and being seen or being the center of attention. Spinning in head instead of getting into action. Running on anxiety, pushing yourself to exhaustion in giving and doing Feeling shame or guilt whenever you try to self-advocate or ask for more. Believing and acting on a vow to self-sacrifice, always give and never be selfish. Anger gets stuck and stews as resentment, but to take action on it seems like a no-win situation. Extreme difficulty saying No or setting boundaries, unless have concrete external reasons to justify Benefits of a Strong Third Chakra 1) The massive energy of the second chakra flows up to the third chakra where you embody the true, powerful YOU and take action from your real power, desire, and needs. 2) Access to bolder, bigger quality of charisma and presence whenever needed dynamically bringing it up or pulling it back to match the circumstance. 3) Be enthusiastically willing to be seen and declare yourself as valuable. 4) Bigger charge of energy and action that is more clear and focused on the most important things (even action you have avoided for years). 5) Stand in your truth, ask more boldly, take action with passion and charisma to create your desires. 6) Experience the startling freedom and gifts of being DELIGHTED being you. 7) New ability to easily set personal boundaries that honor you and others, without confrontation or trauma. 6 Fearless Loving & the Undefended Heart in the Fourth Chakra Your Fourth Chakra is your seat of wisdom, universal love and ability to see the divine in yourself and everyone else. To be in a powerful and healing energy, the Heart chakra must be kept in the Wise, Compassionate, Patient Parent energy instead of the Righteously Critical Parent. Wise, Compassionate Parent: holds each chakra as unique and part of the whole, constantly evolving Righteously Critical Parent: measures each chakra against programmed standard of perfection and rejects and punishes with finality Healing Issues Caused by a Weak Fourth Chakra Struggling to feel yourself inside / your core. Feeling like something has been missing for a long time. Feeling secretly lonely and on your own even within a relationship. Always holding back on your true feelings. Being overly responsible for everything and everyone since a young age. Constantly criticizing yourself for each and every thing that you could have done better, even when others celebrate you. Inability to let in praise, compliments, and true support, and instead believe you have to be stronger and soldier on. Difficulty allowing others to help you and instead have to do everything yourself (seeing others as children). Never get angry, but will instead dismiss people with inner judgments. Have a secretly tender, but very guarded heart. People can t feel you and don t seem to connect with your intention to help them. Benefits of a Strong Fourth Chakra 1. Experience yourself, everything, and everyone as they truly are beautiful, perfect, and infinitely lovable. 2. Experience magnificent warmth and field presence of the undefended heart that loves. 3. Live in the expanded, amazing freedom of true self-acceptance (and freedom from the ruthless inner critic). 4. See the pure divinity of yourself and others. 5. Be a healing force through just being you, as people shift from their dark to their light just by being in your presence. 6. Allow your compassion, softness, caring, and heartfelt intention to be heard AND felt by others.
