2 Our Tenerife 5 day, Theragem Retreat will give you the chance to take a break from your everyday life, re-charge your batteries, but most of all it will ignite the fire in your belly helping you to become a beacon of health and wealth. Theragem Retreat Theragem Retreat Schedule With our world imminently in a state of turmoil, it is up to therapists and medical professionals, as living gateways, to help and support people back to health and wellness on all levels of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual being. With Theragem s standard programs and protocols we set up the biological terrain as the first steps to achieve this state of balance. Each day will start with Tai Chi & Chi Gong, or if you wish yoga, on the beautiful sunlit terrace, where we will also enjoy Mandala de Masca s home-made vegetarian and organic breakfasts, lunches and dinners. After our nurturing breakfast we will gather together to open the day with a meditation of Tibetan Singing Bowls and Hawaiian Ha breathing, to bring us to a joyful space of receptive calm and openness. The next step is to ensure that we now develop further, clearing, cleansing, dissolving and resolving of unresolved negative emotions, as well as addressing the deeper lying miasmas responsible for our current status quo. In other words, that we are the fun which comes after the work! During our stay, we create a Retreat of Light, opening up a Zen space within ourselves, holding our inner light, calm and peace, as we dissolve our karmic realities with the expertise help of our specialized team. Our worldwide connections have brought us plenty of excellent teachers and we feel the timing is right to offer their expertise to you. It has already brought a huge evolutionary change in the creation of Theragem gemcups as you will experience here, and many more exciting new creations are coming! Throughout the fun filled days we will be learning to shift our awareness with a variant of techniques to enhance our sensitivity discerning intrusion. There will be plenty of time for introspection to process your phenomenal breakthroughs, R&R with soothing massages, Indian Head Crown Awakening or foot reflexology massages are offered by our massage therapist. Bespoke Theragem treatments and HeartQuest sessions (one before and after) will be an intricate part of your stay to ensure you get the most benefit. This can include diet and supplementation advice specifically tailored to you. 3 Itinerary Day one will kick off with Theragem s protocols, HeartQuest heart rate variability, Assemblage Point Reconnection, followed by Q&As from your case studies. This thorough reset will help us all to get on the same plane, a great space for sharing and delighting in our experiences! The following day two will have its focus on Theragem Higher Evolution Gemcups The Arc of Light series. These gemcups have been created to dissolve and resolve Karmic ties and miasmas and are only offered here at the retreat, as you will be held in a space of love and light, creating and securing your steady inner connection to Divine Light and your Soul Star. Day three continues with the Arc of Light sessions as each of you will get to enjoy your own experiences. There will be ample time to process and have a massage to loosen up all the tension in your body! Of course, after all this deep work, it is time for some fun action! Day four offers us a gorgeous picnic at the foot of the mountain with a walk through the stunning lava, and an insightful HUNA meditation to connect with the male volcano deity El Teide. Expect some Fireworks in the Belly that day! Day five will set you up strongly to set off with two more Higher Evolution Gemcups Iridescent Chi and Sacred Golden Seal, so we will all be well set in a celebratory atmosphere and energy for the close of the day and the retreat. Raised with an open vision to the multitude of possibilities life can offer, Catharina started her working career as an international fashion model, whilst at the same time studying nutrition, astrology, and numerology and gnostic texts in her spare time. She takes a fully holistic approach to healing through massage & energy healing & varies her massage methods to provide each client with the very best wellbeing benefits, through a tailored experience around each client s own personalized needs. Catharina has focused on the grounding, heart opening Shamanistic traditions of Central & South America: the energetic cleansing of body, mind and soul. She has trained passionately to become skillful in Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Gong for which she was awarded in international contest. 5 How to book Yes, I wish to attend the Theragem Retreat in Tenerife. The cost for the Theragem retreat of 5 days is 1,495 (excluding VAT). Which includes Theragem retreat program, your shared room, three meals a day and non-alcoholic beverages. I will book and pay in full before 10th March 2019, pay only 1,395 and get a full 100 off the Retreat fee. I will book and pay a 500 deposit before 10th March. I know the training fee balance is due by 8th April Deposits are non-refundable. 6 The Location Our venue is MANDALA DE MASCA, a stunning dedicated yoga retreat centre, situated in a breathtaking mountain hill side, on the Canary island of Tenerife, bathing in sunlight only 28 degrees north of the Equator. With stunning views overlooking the valley and the ocean to gain most optimum benefit from five days with our Theragem team. Set in six beautiful hectares, MANDALA DE MASCA offers 11 rooms, 2 outdoor yoga decks, a beautiful indoor Yoga Shala, a spacious indoor Yoga Living space with fire place, a fresh clear spring water pool, a meditation terrace, beautiful plants, exotic palm trees, flowers in all colours, fruits directly from the trees and always a private spot for you. Food is mainly vegetarian and mostly organic, with ingredients grown in their own 6 floor gardens, watered directly from a mountain spring. Celebrated body-mind chef Kyra de Vreeze created a delicious retreat menu dedicated to what our body needs. You will be served 3 delicious meals a day with healthy bites and fruits.
