2 Awana Leaders Lunch Announcements Leaders, join us today for the Awana Leaders Lunch! We want to thank you for your hard work and faithfulness this year. We will meet in the Fellowship Hall at noon. Men s Prayer Breakfast Our monthly Men s Prayer Breakfast is Saturday, April 21, at 8:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Men, make a point of fellowship, prayer, and developing Biblical goals for your life. Enjoy the breakfast for $3. Invite someone else to come with you! Baby Dedication Baby Dedication is Sunday, May 13, during the morning service. This is an annual event when Pastor Mike prays a dedication prayer for parents who desire to rear their children for the Lord. If you are interested in having your child dedicated, please fill out the form at the welcome center by May 6. If you have any questions, see Janet Paine or Colette Olson. Junior Camp Fundraiser Time For Tots Teachers Wanted If you enjoy working with children and want the opportunity to share God s love with community families, consider applying for a position at Time For Tots. TFT has several positions open for teachers, aids, and summer help. If you are interested or know of someone who might be interested, please contact Meagan Paine ( , Meagan.paine@ timefortots.org). On Sunday, May 6, our young people going to junior camp will serve donuts and coffee to all Adult Bible Fellowships. The treats are not for sale; they are for everyone to enjoy whether you donate or not! We encourage ABFs to set a goal and compete with one another to see who the top donating class will be! See your ABF leader for information on donating to a needy young person s camp expenses. Let s help send our kids to camp this summer!
3 TCA Spring Play Announcements Just before dawn on January 18, 1981, 29-year-old Chet Bitterman was kidnapped at gunpoint in Bogota, Columbia, and held hostage for 48 days. Chet s is a valiant story of courage and witness under vicious pressure, a story of caring for his kidnappers, concern for his family and true faithfulness to his Lord that ended in martyrdom. This stirring play is presented by Tri-City Christian Academy on Friday, April 20, at 7:00 p.m. Ticket information still to come. Ladies Retreat Join us May 4-5 at Embassy Suites in Scottsdale when Elma Sproul will be speaking on the theme Baggage: What s A Girl To Do?. Get your friends together and share a room!
