Mark Rains, FBC, Blue Springs (L) Hammond appoints tellers for 2014 meeting Missouri Baptist Convention president Wesley Hammond presented his appointments to the 2014 Tellers Committee during the Monday evening session of the Missouri Baptist Convention. This committee serves during this year s annual meeting. The Tellers committee assists the presiding officer with vote-taking, collecting ballots, tabulating results and announcing the results to the presiding officer. Those appointed to the Tellers Committee are all currently serving as Disaster Relief volunteers. The Board considered and approved two recommendations from the Support Services Committee. 2. The Board heard and adopted the report and plan of action of the Agency Restoration Group.
