A. D A. L September T R E S T L E B O A R D Warrant Dated January 11, Farnsworth Avenue, Bordentown, NJ (609) mountmoriah28.com Regular Communications 2nd and 4th Wednesdays at 7:30pm
From the East Entitled I was told that a Master Mason is entitled to all the rights and privileges of the Fraternity. Now we all know, what all the rights and privileges of the Fraternity are, but should they be used or applied? To understand better what I am trying to say take the words Entitled, Rights, Privileges, Fraternity and read them in definition form. Now apply the outcome of thought from the definition form to the ceremonies through which you have passed. Now ask yourself are you entitled to use or apply all the Rights and Privileges of the Fraternity? Since you have answered the question in your mind apply it to this (Who is entitled to all the rights and privileges of FREEMASONRY) Stay Safe Stay Well, Arthur S. Pelzer Worshipful Master From the West Title Three: Grand Lodge Constitution Article IV Grand Lodge Meetings And Elections S E C T I O N 2. E L E C T I O N S A N D V O T I N G I N T H E G R A N D L O D G E. Part 1. Election of Grand Lodge Officers. The M.W. Grand Master, R.W. Deputy Grand Master, R.W. Senior Grand Warden, R.W. Junior Grand Warden, R.W. Grand Treasurer, R.W. Grand Secretary, Grand Lodge Trustees, Masonic Charity Foundation Trustees, and
Historic Trenton Masonic Temple Trustees, shall be elected by ballot of the members of the Grand Lodge. Ballots shall be cast by the current officers of each lodge, in person, by being present at the stated annual communication, or by proxy to the Grand Lodge, as provided. Ballots may be cast by past masters either in person or electronically by Internet connection. All votes, regardless of how cast, shall be tabulated and reported at the Grand Lodge Communication. A majority of all the votes cast shall be necessary to constitute a choice for the Grand Lodge Elected Officers. If there be no choice on the first ballot, then a second ballot shall be taken, which shall be confined to the three candidates who shall receive the highest number of votes. Should there be no choice on the second ballot, then a third ballot shall be cast, which shall be confined to the two candidates who received the highest number of votes on the second ballot. All Trustees shall be elected by a plurality of the votes cast. Part 2. Part 3. Part 4. Part 5. Appointed Officers of the Grand Lodge. The Grand Master shall appoint all the other Grand Officers. Voting by Ballot. When voting is by written ballot, every lodge shall be allowed three votes: i.e., if all three Senior Officers (Worshipful Master, Senior and Junior Wardens) are present, each shall cast his own ballot; if one of such Officers is absent, the Senior Officer shall cast 2 ballots; if two of the Senior Officers are absent, the attending Officer shall cast all 3 ballots; and if all three Senior Officers are absent, the proxy duly elected by the lodge shall cast 3 ballots. If the proxy is a Past Master, he may cast 4 ballots. When Voting by Manual Sign. Each member shall be privileged to vote and if all three Senior Officers of a lodge are absent, then the proxy duly elected by the lodge shall vote. Proxies. The proxy will be elected at the lodge annual communication from its membership and will not be a Grand Lodge Officer. A letter certifying the proxy shall be delivered to the Grand Secretary at least one week prior to the communication. Meet on the Level, Michael J Galati Senior Warden
From the South Brethren, The natural law of duality can be seen all around us. It encompasses and engulfs our very own actions on a day to day basis without a realization that we are using the power of duality to go about our day. This duality is preeminent in everything we do and see. We have light vs dark, good vs evil, black vs white, male vs female, Lucifer vs Adonai, order vs chaos, square vs compass, and the list goes on. We have this constant battle of one over the other, but don t understand why it is all there. An interpretation that I ve come across myself through research and the teachings of others is the power of 2 is needed to create a blissful balance to make one. We must learn to bridge the connection between each half to construct for ourselves the one true thing that is a mix of each half. You must learn to create this archway to meet in the middle and figure out your keystone of life. Too much of one thing isn t always a good thing and that is why a natural law of balance exists. The marriage of 2 halves together is the blessing of a unity that is born from the creation of balance. It is that unity that brings us an understanding of the Grand Architect s plan and to reach an enlightenment to show us that we are creators of our own balance. We are here to create on earth what God has created for us in the heavens. As above, so below. Once this concept is adapted you will realize that you yourself can also create your destiny and manifest what you want to see for yourself in the future. So I urge my brothers to live in a world where balance is created by joining one half to the other and bringing forth the magic of unity. Dwell deep within yourself to balance your chakras and bring forth that one spirit that will bring peace, harmony and love. Respectfully, Anand U. Trivedi Junior Warden
Final Reminder My Brothers: I take this last opportunity to request that you review your membership status. Do you possess a 2018 Dues card? If your answer is no and you cannot locate your dues notice, please immediately contact William Morelli at (609) or Secretary at (609) As you should be aware changes in the Grand Lodge Constitution and Laws require all Lodges to notify Brothers who are not current with their dues. As Masons, we are individually responsible for our conduct, including notifying our Lodge Secretary of changes in address or contact information. We have always been responsible for paying dues when notified. In August, final notices will be mailed to all Brothers who have not obtained a 2018 Dues card. With heavy hearts, we will ballot on the names of these Brothers on a ballot for suspension, to suspend them for non-payment of dues on October 10, 2018 with an effective date of December 31, No Brother in Mount Moriah Lodge #28 seeks this outcome. In fact it is repugnant to our character as Masons. Your Brothers are interested in your regular attendance and participation in the multitude of activities scheduled throughout the year, including, meetings, degrees, debates, dinners, parades, memorial events, poker night and car shows to name a few. We recognize that times change and with them fortunes. If you are having difficulty, please do not suffer in silence contact your Lodge to discuss your situation. Respectfully, Bro. George A. Chidley Trustee
