Chartered January 22, 1890 nd Stated Meetings 2 & 4 Tuesdays (Dark July & August) At Manatee Lodge #31 Building Street East, Bradenton, Florida FROM THE EAST Breren, This mon finds our Lodge very busy. As you may or may not know e York Rite Chapters are having some financial problems in our area. As masons and in keeping wi broerly love, we have agreed to give $ to e Chapter and $ to e Council to help wi eir survival and allow em to continue to try and meet in Masonic Lodges instead of moving out to a neutral site. We are in process of looking into e Adopt a teacher program at will help her or him wi supplies. We are also considering helping e Local Boy Scouts and also e purchase of American Flags for school classrooms. More on is as it develops. If you are going to Convention is year please fill out e forms which your Secretary can help you wi. Rooms are available at a special rate, however get it completed ASAP as ey go fast if you want to stay in e main Hotel. I must apologize for not getting e trestle board out earlier. Sickness in our ranks has played havoc wi publication and articles getting in to our editor Chaplain Davis in a timely manner. st Election coming up 1 meeting in March for e Senior Wardens position. Also we are trying to get e Canadian broers into e Lodge e last meeting in March to do eir opening and closings after our tiled meeting. Very educational and fun to witness.
