14 Abuse Def.: in teenage relationships, abuse ranges from manipulation, mind-games, and insults (being called stupid, worthless, or ugly), to character assassination, physical violence, or rape. According to a 2008 survey by Teenage Research Unlimited, one in three teen girls has been a victim of physical, emotional, or verbal abuse from a dating partner. 17 Accountability Def.: Acknowledging and assuming responsibility for actions and decisions, including the obligation to report and explain them, and to be answerable for mistakes and misconduct. 25 Ambition Def.: the determination to achieve success or distinction. Godly ambition spurs us to attempt great things; ambition motivated by pride or greed is a vice.
