Only Pooja Kattalai Abhishekams will be performed to Sree Swaminatha Swami on 29th October and 30th October, 2014, at 4.30 p.m. Mahabhishekam performers on (Sree Skanda Shashti day) are requested to be present at 7.00 a.m. (15 minutes before the commencement of Abhishekam) for participation in the Snapana (Kalasa) Pooja. On other days, Abhishekam will normally start at the scheduled timings. Contributions in kind like rice, dhall, gur, pure ghee etc. for preparation of Bhog-prasadams and distribution to devotees and Abhishekam materials like milk, honey, rose water, vibhoothi packets, sandal, tender coconuts etc. will be gratefully accepted. These may be handed over to the Manager at the temple. Shudh (cow's) ghee will also be accepted for offering in Havan, both in the morning and evening.
