3 WELCOME! Printed name tags are in the foyer for high school students, members and regular attenders. Please wear your name tag during the worship service! Guests can request a printed name tag by completing the Welcome Card found in the bulletin. Communion takes place the fourth Sunday of every month and the Deacon Fund offering is taken. This fund is to help those who have special needs within our church and the community. OUR NURSERY Nursery is provided year-round during the worship service for children from birth through age two, and is in Room 204. Two-yearold s go to Room 206 for their own Sunday School time when the other children are dismissed. CHILDREN S SUNDAY SCHOOL We use The Gospel Project curriculum, a three-year chronological timeline of the Bible. Classes meet in the following rooms: ages 2-3 in Room 206 ages 4-5 in Rooms 201 and 205 Kindergarten-1 st grade in Room nd - 4 th grades meet in Room 210 Children are dismissed from the sanctuary after the congregational prayer (about 10:00 a.m. we will announce dismissal). Classes are dismissed at 11:00 a.m. after fellowship time. On communion Sundays (typically the 4 th Sunday of the month) K-4 th grade students are invited to join the younger students in Sunday School to learn about our missionaries. Parents will have the option of having their children return to the sanctuary for the communion celebration. For questions regarding Sunday School, SundaySchool@GraceWaySaukPrairie.org. YOUTH HAPPENINGS Summer Campfires at Pastor Rod s house are open to all students who will have completed grades 6-12 this Spring. Campfire dates are: August 7 & 28. Time is 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Pastor Rod s address is: 618 Cedar St. in Sauk City.

Directories will be on the Happenings Table. GRACEWAY BAPTISM Sunday, August 26, we will be having baptism during the Worship Service. LADIES SINGLES SUPPER August 1, 5:30 p.m. Ladies Singles Supper for never married, divorced, or widowed ladies of any age. Elena Nosova, will give her testimony and talk about being a Christian single and life in Russia. The supper will be at Shan and Nancy Betzold s home at E13530 Tower Rd. Baraboo. Please call the White Mound County Parks at to check availability on sites. Please consider coming out for a picnic supper and games on Saturday evening at 5:30 in the main pavilion. SEEKING APPLICANTS GraceWay Church is accepting applications for an individual to lead ministry to our children, youth, and families. In order to best serve our families, we are open to configuring this in multiple ways, including both director and/or pastoral roles. While an ideal candidate would be seeking a full-time position, we will also consider hiring two part-time positions. Where is God calling you to serve? ENHANCING SECURITY The entire staff at GraceWay Church prays for God s wisdom in making the worship time at GraceWay spiritually fulfilling for everyone who attends. We believe providing a comfortable and safe environment is an important part to achieving that end. We have identified a very simple, yet effective way to enhance the security of the congregation during our time of worship. After the start of each Sunday worship service, the ushers will lock all exterior doors except the north and south entrance doors off the foyer. Ushers will monitor the unlocked doors during the worship service. At the end of the worship service, ushers will unlock the other exterior doors. This change is not due to any particular incident or known threat but is merely a preventive measure. We will make every effort so this transition is as seamless as possible and ask for your help and patience during this process. Thank you.
