2 Course Description: God has given us unlimited potential in Christ Jesus. He has given us complete access to Gifts and Fruit of the Spirit. However, we must be cautious and protect our gifts and our potential from demonic attacks. As a participant in this course, you will explore ways to ensure you are maximizing your full God-Given potential. You will also learn practical methods to unleash your best life possible! If you are challenged with understanding and unleashing your potential, or if you are challenged with guarding your potential from Satan and his distractions, you are in the RIGHT PLACE! 2

Genesis 1:26- New International Version (NIV) 26 Then God said, Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, [a] and over all the creatures that move along the ground. 3

5 Maximizing my Potential to Please God Mankind was created in the image of God Himself. There are billions of people on planet earth that will never maximize the full potential that God has placed inside of them. Most people live mediocre lives. The full extent of their capabilities and talents go untapped and unnoticed. They are not even aware of the tremendous potential they possess inside of them. What is potential? It is your unused strengths, your hidden talents, your untapped abilities, your dormant talents, and your capped capabilities. It is the explosive power of God, that He has entrusted you with. There is a great wealth of potential within you and me. But today, you must decide if you will deprive the world, or bless the world with those gifts that are locked away inside you. 5

6 Potential is: P0tential is the Reserved Power Untapped Strength Dormant Ability, Hidden Talents Capability Potential is not what you and I have already achieved, but it is what we are capable to do but not yet done. 6

13 Anointed After Christ left the earth, He left us the gift of the Holy Spirit (John 14:16). Now all Christians are anointed, chosen for a specific purpose in furthering God's Kingdom (1 John 2:20). "Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee" (2 Corinthians 1:21-22). 13

14 "What is the anointing? What does it mean to be anointed?" Another meaning for the word anointed is "chosen one." The Bible says that Jesus Christ was anointed by God with the Holy Spirit to spread the Good News and free those who have been held captive by sin (Luke 4:18-19; Acts 10:38). 14

17 God is the Master Locksmith to releasing your Potential. For it is God who works in you to will and to act according to His good purpose. - Philippians 2:13 17

18 Keys to releasing your Potential You must know the Source of your gift You must understand how the gift was designed to benefit God You must know your purpose in God You must understand your resources You must have the right environment to operate the gift The onset and the outcome of the gift must glorify God first Avoid Procrastination You must be willing to work for your potential You must cultivate your potential with the right nourishments You must guard your potential with constant communication with God You must share your potential with others You must be willing to push beyond your limitations Grace 18
