Method Bible ing and Journaling Scripture Observation Application Prayer S for Scripture. the listed scriptures and take notice of which scriptures spoke particularly to you and mark it in your Bible. When you re done, reread the verses you marked and write then in your journal. O for Observation. Focusing on that scripture, tune in and listen to what God is saying to you through His Word. What struck you and caught your attention in what you read? What do you think God is saying to you in this scripture? Ask the Holy Spirit to teach you and reveal Jesus to you. Paraphrase and write this scripture down in your own words. A for Application. Think of how this verse(s) applies to your life right now. Perhaps it is instruction, encouragement, revelation of a new promise, or correction for a particular area of your life. Use your journal to write how this scripture applies to you today. P for Prayer. Spend time in prayer in prayer. Talk to God about what you ve just read and the listed prayer bullets. Prophesy daily that your children shall be like olive trees around your house Pray to receive divine healing for all kinds of complications in the Name of the Lord Declare that negative words of experts would be turned to a lie by the miracle that God brings.
