C: Amen. CONFESSION and FORGIVENESS P: Our God is amazing! He created us and all of creation. He provides us with everything we need. He s given us the gift of eternal life. Yet still we have times of doubt; too many times we don t reflect on His great love. So now let us take some time to admit all of our sins and doubts to our Heavenly Father. All: Heavenly Father, we give You thanks and praise for all of Your blessings. Yet we wonder How can all of this be true? Strengthen us in our times of doubting and weakness. Forgive us for all of the times we ve sinned against You and others in our thoughts, words or deeds. Silent Reflection P: Listen to this good news. Nothing will ever be able to separate you from the love of God that is in Jesus Christ our Lord. As you have freely and honestly confessed your sins to God our Father, He has heard them and has removed them as far as the East is from the West. That is His promise of love and forgiveness to you. All: The One true faith! For we believe in God the Father Almighty, who created all things. We believe in Jesus Christ His Son, who died for our sins and rose from the grave giving us the promise of eternal life. We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord and Giver of life! He calls us, gathers us from the ends of the earth, works in us this one true faith, that we may live as Kingdom people and share our faith with others. We stand firm on this faith, confident in our belief, for our God is faithful. Amen and Amen. 5 Lakeview Ministries is seeking individuals who are interested in joining our ministry on a part time basis. We are looking for individuals to fill both the Housekeeper and Lead Cook positions. In general, the housekeeper will be in charge of cleaning the buildings after a group s departure; while the lead cook will provide meals for the groups during their time at camp. Extend Care Assistant ZLS Zion Lutheran School has openings for an Extend Care Assistant position starting with this coming new school year. If you are interested please contact Mr. Roy Stuckwisch in the ZLS school office by calling , Ext A letter of application, along with an updated resume, should also be submitted. ZLS Chapel Service Volunteer Piano Player/Music Leader Needed Can you play the piano or a guitar? If so, would you be willing to volunteer time to help with music during the Zion Lutheran School chapel services throughout the school year? ZLS is looking for someone who would be willing to do this on an every other week basis. While it could vary some, chapel services are usually held on Wednesday morning & afternoon and are about 15/20 minutes in length. Early Childhood Music Teacher ZLS -- Zion Lutheran School is looking for an individual with music background that would have an interest in being our Preschool 3, Preschool 4 & Kindergarten music teacher for the school year. Actual class times each week could range from 1 ½ to 2 hours per week depending on how the music classes are arranged. New School Year ZLS Zion Lutheran School is still accepting class program enrollments for the school year. 7 Upcoming Special Event at Trinity - 15 th Academic Year Banquet Celebration This coming August will mark the beginning of the 15 th year of academic excellence at Trinity. Therefore, Trinity would like to invite everyone in the community, especially those of you who have been connected with the school over the last seventeen years (includes the planning years for establishing the school) to a special celebration event that will be held on Sunday evening, August 16, 2015 in the school gym. We will open the doors at 5:00 P.M., tours will be offered from 5:00 to 5:40, and programming will begin at 5:45, with the meal starting at 6:00 P.M. Our keynote speaker will be Rev. Daniel Gard, President of Concordia University, Chicago. I m pleased to also announce that alumnus Ryan Schneider will be our alumni speaker and alumnus Katie (Keily) Vann will be singing for us during the evening. The Rolling Pin will be our caterer with a free will offering for the meal. We ask that you pre-register for the event by simply calling the Development Office to reserve seats. Another important item to mention concerning the event - after fifteen years of blessing from our Lord we would like to take the time at this event to recognize a few donors who have had a great impact on this ministry while they were with us, but have now gone on to be with their Lord. They will be given the designation of a Barnabas Donor.
