5 Arlington News and Events Dear Arlington Church family, An opportunity has surfaced for me to serve my home church as organist and choir accompanist. I feel strongly that God has placed this opportunity before me. After much prayer and contemplation, I have accepted the position, effective the week of February 12, This letter serves as my letter of resignation from the position of organist at Arlington Baptist Church. My last Sunday at Arlington will be February 11, It has been a pleasure to serve to the glory of God, to work with the amazing, awesome staff at Arlington (especially the incredibly, talented music staff), and to serve you as your church organist for almost two years now. It has been one of the most positive experiences I have ever had as a church musician. I will miss you all very much. Thank you for all the love and care you have shown me. May God abundantly bless you, Pat Taylor Sr Adult Valentine Dinner Hosted by the Youth of ABC. Saturday Feb 10 th 6:00 8:00 pm Come join us for dinner, fellowship, entertainment and games! Cost is free. Please sign up on bulletin boards. Ladies Valentine Exchange All ladies are invited to our Annual Valentine Exchange. Tuesday Feb 13 th 6:00 8:00 pm Fellowship Hall We will have a guest speaker, entertainment, food and a great night of fellowship among ladies of all ages! Please bring 6 unwrapped items that are the same and leave with 6 different items to take home! Ideas are candy, mugs, lotions, homemade gifts, etc. (please keep under $ 5 each) Also, bring an appetizer to share as well! No sign up required. Food Pantry Church family please remember our Food Pantry. We are currently in need of food for children, cereal, pop tarts, canned meats, mac and cheese, ramen noodles, canned pasta.
