We know that we do not always honor You in these most precious of human relationships, and pray for grace when we fall short of the command to love each other as You have loved us. Give us patience with each other, and patience with our own failings. Grant to us wisdom, gentleness and honesty as we live within our families, and with all who are part of the human family.
