I greet you all in the name of our Lord Jesus with the promise verse, No weapon formed against you shall prosper. You could have come across many sorrows and sufferings last year. But still the hand of the Lord was with you. Satan may over and over again work against you, your children, your family and your Church. Psalm 41:9 says, Even my close friend in whom I trusted, who ate my bread, has lifted up his heel against me. As Jesus said, your close ones may come against you. Matthew 10:36 says, And a person s enemies will be those of his own household. Is it weapon of jealousy? Weapon of anger? Weapon of loss? Weapon of debt? Weapon that breaks family? 7 Â Manachanallur Union Trichy district 100- village ministry report ä Dates : to ä Thanks:The The Light House Ministries.NECK - ELC HUNDRED VILLAGE MINISTRY 6 Â By the grace of God, 100-village ministry was conducted in Manachanallur union of Trichy district from to First day & last day gathering place, food, sweets and parcels were taken care of by Rev. Arul Singh (CSI church Presbyter), Bro. Christdoss (REPCO Bank Asst. General Manager) and the CSI committee members. Forty four village ministers from 11 districts of Tamilnadu participated in this ministry.on the first day, the names of villages in Manachanallur union were read out and thanksgiving prayers were raised. In this prayer, Pastor Viki with four others from NewZealand and Mr & Mrs Thiyagarajan from Srilanka participated. Bro. P.T.Christopher led the prayer. The village ministers were divided into 11 teams and each team prayed for their respective villages they planned to visit. After that lunch was given to the village ministers on behalf of C.S.I Church. Then the village ministers went into the villages with prayers. They went to villages, stayed in the houses there for 5 days, distributed St. John s Gospel books to all the houses and shared with them that Jesus is Lord. Totally John s Gospel books, Jesus is Savior tracts, 5000 other tracts, Cross-flags and 400 He lived among us books were distributed free of cost. On the last day, the village ministers gathered at the C.S.I Church and testified as how the Lord used them in the villages and glorified the Lord. Manachanallur C.S.I Church committee members and church members participated in this prayer. C.S.I Church Presbyter delivered the Lord s message. Bro. Christdoss thanked all the village ministers. 139 non-christian friends gave their addresses for Bible lessons to be sent to them.

8 Testimonies by village ministers Team 1: Brothers: Paulraj, Susai Manikam, Abraham, Selvaraj. We distributed Gospel books and shared the good news to every house in the villages of Madavaperumal Koil panchayat. Many heard it with interest. We prayed for the sick, and people with problems. Totally, 1300 Gospel books and 910 Cross-flags were distributed. Team 2: Brothers: Joshua, Peter Ramalingam, Jebamalainathan, Selvaraj. We stayed at Kovathakudi village and ministered in the surrounding villages like Echampatti, Pandiyapuram and Thodaiyur. We saw that the people in these villages loved Jesus. When we prayed many got healed. Totally, 1000 Gospel books and 900 Cross-flags were distributed. Team 3: Sisters: Esther Ebenezer, Pitchaiammal, Chellakani, Lourdes Mary. We stayed at the house of Sis. Saroja head of Azhagiya Manavalam village and ministered in the surrounding 6 villages. A lady asked us to pray for her sickness to be healed. She wept as we prayed and heard the Gospel with interest. Totally, 1000 Gospel books and 910 Cross-flags were distributed. Team 4: Esther Kanagambujam, Kasthuri Subbiah, Kiruba Palaniammal, Mariyal David. We distributed Gospel books to every house in the villages of Thirupancheeli panchayat. There were no Christians and there were only other temples. However, people got the Gospel books and listened to the Gospel without any opposition. Totally, 700 Gospel books and 910 Cross-flags were distributed. Team 5: Sisters: Lidiyal, Maniammal, Mary Chellabai, Devakirubai. We ministered in 8 villages that were allocated for us. There were no Christians in these villages. Some of them refused to accept the Gospel books. We prayed for many people. Totally, 800 Gospel books and 900 Cross-flags were distributed. Team 6: Sisters: Anthony Mary, Seela, Ronickam, Sarada. We gave Gospel books in Salapatti, Thiruvellarai and Sirupathur villages. Some of them did not get the book. People in Thiruvellarai village did not let us distribute the Gospel books. In other villages, they accepted it with interest. Totally, 1000 Gospel books and 920 Cross-flags were distributed. 9 Team 7:Brothers: Prem Anand, Kumar, Asir Pandi, Michael. People at Poonampalayam village accepted the Gospel books with interest. A girl was suffering from the clutches of evil spirit. When we prayed, she was relieved from the evil spirit which went out in the form of a snake. The girl got healed and she testified. Totally, 950 Gospel books and 900 Cross-flags were distributed. Team 8: Brothers: Mark Mariappan, Maharajan, Noah, Jeyakumar. We shared the Gospel in Uluthangudi, Sridevimangalam and Melakalpalayam villages. When we shared the good news, 7 young men heard us with great interest. Many sick people asked us to pray for them and we too prayed. Totally, 1300 Gospel books and 920 Cross-flags were distributed. Team 9: Sisters: Vasantha Stephen, Abiyel anthoniammal, Clementus Mary. When we distributed Gospel books to every house in Ethumalai and Rekambi villages, everyone accepted it. Some of them refused to get it. We shared about Jesus by singing songs and telling stories to Children in a school. Totally, 1000 Gospel books and 910 Cross-flags were distributed. Team 10: Brothers: Louis, Jothimani, Deborah, Rebecca. We were told not to distribute Gospel books in the villages we visited. When we ministered in other villages, they listened to the gospel with interest. We prayed for a lady to be blessed with the fruit of womb. Totally, 750 Gospel books and 900 Cross-flags were distributed. Team 11: Sisters: Mariyammal, Mary Meena, Salomi Samanasu, Annal Sanmugathai. We stayed at Valaiyur village and ministered in the surrounding villages. We prayed for a family whose son was missing for the past 2 weeks. After that the family told us that their son informed them through phone that he would return in 10 days. A temple priest asked us to pray for his wife s eyesight to be restored and we too prayed. He also told that he would worship Jesus. Totally, 1100 Gospel books and 920 Cross-flags were distributed. Glory to God! We thank all the people who pray, work, and support 100 village Ministry. Let us together lift up His name! village ministry : 100- Village ministry took place in 11+1 unions of Tamilnadu in various Churches without any hindrances. Through this ministry 1,22,301 John s Gospel books, 1,35,000 Jesus is Savior tracts, 55,000 other tracts and 1,10,000 Cross- flags were distributed free of cost. 2.Follow- up ministry/ Jesus Lover s camp : Bible lessons were sent by post to 1810 non- Christian friends who were met through 100- village ministry. Twenty two non- Christian friends came into faith through the Jesus Lovers camp that were conducted from time to time. The name of Jesus was glorified through non- Christian friends. 3.Prayer house construction in Churchless villages : For the glory of God, prayer houses were constructed in Monnavedu, Vallam, Somarasampettai, Uppalapuram, Jaderpalayam, Pallipattu, Gopalapuram, Kulavaipatti, Kalavaimottur, Vadagal, Thuvakudy, Saliamangalam, Kuppamachatram, Matthur, Kottur, and Thottanaval. By the grace of God, financial needs were met & these 16 prayer houses were dedicated. Praise the Lord of Lords! 4.Children Home: The Lord miraculously met the needs of 70 Children who are studying at Somarasampettai and Kundal homes. Many God s people visited them & sent offerings to give special food for them during their birthdays, wedding days and other special occasions. HUNDRED VILLAGE MINISTRY 12

14 5.Vision camp :By the grace of God, vision camps were conducted in Vivekananadapuram Kanyakumari district on 14 th April 2011 and in Neivillai Tuticorin district on 11 th June Galilee camp : Galilee camp was conducted in Kodavillai on 7 th, 8 th and 9 th October. Through this meeting many people in the surrounding places were blessed. 7. Magazine ministry : God gave the grace to publish 100-Village Ministry magazine & Tamil village Gospel Mission magazine for all the 12 months without any hindrances. 8.Promotional work ministry : The Lord gave opportunities for Nagercoil office staff to do promotional work in many new Churches. By the grace of God, Gospel ministry was done in Therur and Subashnagar areas. Follow- up ministry was done in Pechiparai, Sankaranputhur, Kannanpathy and Devakulam villages. The Lord also helped us to get an Omni van for these ministries. 9.The Ambassador School Of Learning (TASOL): The Lord gave us grace to get 12A, 80G orders and to get patta for some lands. 10.North India ministries : One lakh Oriya tracts were distributed by opening Christian literature stalls in 50 market places of Orissa in the month of October. Likewise, Marathi and Hindi tracts were distributed in Maharashtra by keeping Nagpur as a center. 11.Ministry 1.Ministry among leprosy affected fected people : God gave the grace to rebuild 15 leaking huts and extend some medical support for the lepers in Panjapur Lepers colony (Trichy). Two spectacles were given and we were able to get a wheelchair for Sis. Star through the district social department. 12. Poor/ Widows ministry : Food parcels and other helps were done to widows and poor in Suravalipatti village (Trichy) from time to time. 13. Ministry among visually challenged : In Gandhinagar (Trichy), 5 kg rice was given to each of the 70 families free of cost in the month of November. Briyani parcels and soaps were given to people in the Blind home situated near Trichy airport on 1 st December as a part of Christmas celebrations. The Lord strengthened us to do His ministry in the midst of rains. Many non- Christian friends in Vathiyarvillai area are much eager to accept the gospel. The Lord gave us the grace and opened gates for us to do Gospel ministry twice here. Many people gave their addresses for follow- up work. Since many more people are there in this area, please pray that the Gospel ministry will be carried on without any hindrances.glory to God! We are praying and planning to distribute 1 lakh books titled Who is the Jesus Christ who lived among us? to students in Tamilnadu. We have some rules and regulations for this. As a first step, Pas. John Pinto has come forward to distribute these books in schools of Tanjore. He came to our iffice at Somarasampettai (Trichy/) directly and gave a service charge of 25 paise/book, gave a list of students and gave the permission he got letter from the schools. He himself arranged a vehicle and took books to be distributed. We are ready to give these books free of cost if you are willing to do the same. If you wish to distribute these books in the schools or colleges of your district, please get a permission letter from the principal or the chairman of the concern and contact us.
