3 At each Mass of Advent we need 2 parishioners for the Advent Wreath blessing; one to read the prayer and one to light the candle (s). Please sign up on the list in the Church vestibule. This year, Christmas falls on a Monday, We will have our regularly scheduled Masses and Christmas Eve Mass is Sunday, Dec. 24th at 7:00pm, Christmas morning Mass is at 10:00am. This year, the Solemnity of Mary also falls on a Monday, thus our schedule will be: On Sunday, Dec. 31st (New Year s Eve), We will have our regularly scheduled Masses and the Holy Day Mass will be at 5:00pm, and on Jan.1st (New Year s Day) at 9:00am. Please keep in mind that Friday, December 8th, is a Holy Day of Obligation for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception Mass will be at. This Christmas we have designated for our Christmas Angel Project: The Prison Ministry (benefiting children with an incarcerated parent) The Angels list the gift that is needed. Please attach your Angel to your gift and place it under our Church Christmas Tree. Please remember that the gifts have to be returned to the Church by the Sunday before Christmas - 12/19/17. They will be picked up after the 11:00 Mass. Our Christmas Poinsettias will be available at $15 each. Your Memorial Poinsettia will decorate our Church for Christmas, then you may take it home after the Christmas morning Mass. There are only 20 available on a first come, first served basis. Advent Folders are now available in the Lobby of the Church for those who would like to participate in this Advent Tradition. Our Parish Penance Service and Benediction will be held on Thursday, December 21st at. Please take this opportunity prepare yourself spiritually for the celebration of Christmas.
