If you have a Joy, Concern, or Prayer Request to share, please write it on one of the white slips found on the table by the prayer wall and give it to Pastor Dan before our prayer time. Gathering Music Mike Vasich Welcome, Announcements, Greeting Each Other Bryan Feille Prelude Prelude No. 2 Vasich/Conrad +Call to Worship (a responsive reading) One: To know the warmth of love, Many: To have the assurance that someone cares, One: To be confident of our worth, Many: To be bold to love in return, One: To be washed over with grace, Many: To be accepted as we are: One: This is to know a bit of God. Many: Then let us worship our God. Bryan Feille +Song of Praise This Is My Song Chalice Hymnal #722 This is my song, O God of all the nations, A song of peace for lands afar and mine. This is my home, the country where my heart is, Here are my hopes, my dreams, my holy shrine; But other hearts in other lands are beating With hopes and dreams as true and high as mine. My country s skies are bluer than the ocean, And sunlight beams on cloverleaf and pine; But other lands have sunlight too, and clover, And skies are everywhere as blue as mine. O hear my song, thou God of all the nations, A song of peace for their land and for mine. This is my prayer, O Ruler of all nations: Let thy reign come; on earth thy will be done. In peace may all earth s people draw together, And hearts united learn to live as one. O hear my prayer, thou God of all the nations; Myself I give thee; let they will be done.
4 +Invocation & The Lord s Prayer Bryan Feille Our Creator, who is in heaven, holy is your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, For yours is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory forever. Amen. +Musical Response God, You Will Show Us the Path of Life CH #328 God, You Will Show Us the Path of Life. Hearing and Reflecting on God s Word Graduate Recognition Melinda Nickerson Community Joys & Concerns Dan Adolphson Song of Response More Love to You, O Christ (v. 1) CH #527 More love to you, O Christ, more love to you! O hear the prayer I make on bended knee; this is my earnest plea, more love, O Christ, to you more love to you, more love to you. Prayers of the People Children s Moment Dan Adolphson Scripture Bryan Feille Genesis 2:1-3 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all their multitude. And on the seventh day God finished the work that he had done, and he rested on the seventh day from all the work that he had done. So God blessed the seventh day and hallowed it, because on it God rested from all the work that he had done in creation. Leviticus 25:3-7 Six years you shall sow your field, and six years you shall prune your vineyard, and gather in their yield; but in the seventh year there shall be a sabbath of complete rest for the land, a sabbath for the Lord: you shall not sow your field or prune your vineyard. You shall not reap the aftergrowth of your harvest or gather the grapes of your unpruned vine: it shall be a year of complete rest for the land. You may eat what the land yields during its sabbath you, your male and female slaves, your hired and your bound laborers who live with you; for your livestock also, and for the wild animals in your land all its yield shall be for food. Sermon Sabbath Laurie Feille

[Refrain] O Jesus, blest Redeemer, sent from the heart of God, hold us, who wait before you near to the heart of God. There is a place of comfort sweet near to the heart of God, a place where we our Savior meet, near to the heart of God. [Refrain] There is a place of full release near to the heart of God, a place where all is joy and peace, near to the heart of God. [Refrain] Celebration of Gifts Arlene Hillestad Offering Invitation Collection of Offering: Electronic giving is available through the Givelify app. Special Music: Improvisation Mike Vasich +Doxology: Praise God, from whom all blessings flow. The peace of Christ be with you. Response: And also with you. ) Song of Communion The Voice of Jesus Calls His People CH #426 The voice of Jesus calls his people, "Come to my table and be fed!" For those who come to him believing, he is the Wine, he is the Bread. All who are lost, or bear great burdens, all who need comfort or release, come where the presence of Christ Jesus will nourish us with rest and peace. Children and elders, men and women, whatever color, race or tongue, in Jesus find themselves united, in him a home where they belong. We hear your loving voice, O Jesus, we long, we hunger to be fed; in joy we gather at the table where you are Wine, and you are Bread.
