Children are required to attend a class before baptism; our next class will be held May 20 at 9:45 am in the Hub. Life Track: Step One Discover your purpose and live the life God created for you. Life Track is a fourstep journey that equips you to connect to the church, discover the strengths of your purposeful design, develop the essentials of leading with influence, and use your God-given gifts to make a difference in the lives of others. There s no Life Track this week, but join us for step one on Sunday, May 6, at 11:30 am in the Hub or at 5 pm at Calvary Church Nob Hill. Reboot: Far Far Away Join SPCTRM Student Ministries for Reboot 2018: Far Far Away, Friday-Sunday, June 1-3. Reboot is our annual three-day, in-town retreat for middle and high school students. Enjoy guest teaching, high energy worship, and extreme games as we grow in our faith together. Cost is $75, which includes food, transportation, and lodging. VBS: Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus Children entering kindergarten through sixth grade are invited to this year s VBS, Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus, June 11-15, 9 am - noon at Calvary Church Albuquerque. This week will be filled with laughter, fun, and the giant Wet and Wild Slip n Slide. Half-price Cliff s passes are available for Friday afternoon. Register at calvarynm.church; cost is $10 per child, due with registration by May 27. Connect Groups Connect Groups are our intentional approach to community and discipleship within the church. These home-based community groups are a place to learn how to apply the Bible, build friendships, and serve a place to live life together. Help Feed New Mexico Kids by bringing nutritious, single-serving food items (i.e., no cooking, no can openers required) to the gray bins in the foyer. Serve at VBS Do you have a heart to serve kids and help lead them closer to the Lord? This year s VBS, Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus, will be held June 11-15, and we need you. Sign up in the foyer or stop by our kiosk to serve in one of many fun areas we guarantee you will have as much fun as the children.
