If you are new to Westminster Parking For those without walking difficulties, please park at Orchestra Hall, 11th St. & Marquette, on Sundays. At Orchestra Hall, take a ticket as you enter the ramp; pick up a parking voucher at Westminster; use both your ticket and voucher to exit the ramp. Westminster Ramp may be accessed from Alice Rainville Place between Marquette and Nicollet Mall. There is also a drop-off area at church on Marquette Avenue. Nursery Care is available for infants through age 3 during worship. Coffee Hour Join us for fair trade coffee and refreshments after worship under the tent. There is no Children s Church during July and August. Children are welcome in worship. Activity bags are available from the ushers. Let us worship God! *Processional Hymn No. 410 God is Calling Through the Whisper Call to Confession The congregation is invited to approach God with humility, seeking God s mercy in unison prayer. Prayer of Confession O God, through Christ you remind us that you bless the poor in spirit, but we turn away from those whose physical poverty makes us uncomfortable, and build our own little kingdoms of self. You bless and comfort those who mourn, but we escape to the security of our own making and we seek fleeting comfort in the things of this world. You bless the meek, and promise them the earth, but we are far from meek we try to make the world our own through pride and self-promotion; we forget the forgiveness that was won at such cost, and we hold grudges at the slightest offense. Lord, have mercy upon us. Renew us and lead us by your Holy Spirit that we may seek first your kingdom and your righteousness. * Please stand as you are able.
